I had to change my boots a couple of days in and they came out to me with a selection of alternative boots within 30 mins of calling. They even came out to where we were having lunch so that I did not miss out on any skiing time! Excellent service!
will definitely be using this service again next year when we return to Montalbert.

Why arrive at a ski resort and spend 2 hours getting your hire skis fitted in a shop. Rental republic have looked after me many times. With my family they came to the bar that we were watching the six nations rugby in. My wife and children were fitted whilst we viewed the rugby. With my friends they were fitted in our chalet. At the end of our holidays they came to collect our kit from our accommodation allowing us to concentrate on packing. If you have an issue or wish to change your skis or move to a snowboard there is a technician a phone call away who is ready to assist. They will also visit you out of shop hours so if you arrive into resort during the evening then you can still sort your kit.

I'm never going back to a rental shop. Who wants to queue up with fifty other people in an enclosed space when these guys will turn up at your accomodation and deliver/fit the skis/boots/helmets etc? They turned up shortly after we arrived (quite late in the day) at our chalet (not even in main resort) to drop and fit the gear and collected at the end of the holiday. It meant we could get out on the slopes first thing the next day. We had one problem with a boot buckle that broke, they came out and sorted it that evening. It's a no brainer. Wish we had found them years ago.

We paid in advance for rental in March 2020. The holiday obviously did not go ahead due to Covid. Almost two years later this company are still refusing to refund our money. We were offered a credit to use in the future, but the resort we are now going to Rental Republic don't operate within.
We are planning legal action now to recover our funds.

"No refund, despite promises"
As experienced by other customers here, our travel group of 3 families still await a refund from Rental Republic. Our December trip was cancelled due to the travel restrictions imposed by the French government. Rental Republic promised a full refund within 30 days but we have received no payment and no further communication.
