So pleased with service- had horrible injury start of day 2 and got refund credited to my account no quibbles
Complete contrast to other elements like lessons and Carre Neige ski pass which require tiresome ping pong bureaucracy although they have same information about me as Rental Republic
Sign of great customer service is response when things go wrong

I always found the ski shops such a faff but this takes all of that away. All ski hire should be this way!!!

They came out to our property at ANYTIME we asked promptly and a time convenient to us. Knowledgeable friendly staff. First rate service!

Fantastic service. Kit is good quality and even if you’re up a mountain and you’re not happy, they’ll come out to you and change the equipment free of charge. They were absolutely marvellous.
