I leave a similar review every year and every year I continue to be bowled over by how good this company is. Nothing is too much trouble. If your plans change they can be flexible. The kit is all new and of high quality. Their customer service is second to none and they are so easy to deal with.

"Great except for this poor snowboarder..."
Firstly, the rep service we received for a group of 10 was great - the rep did a good job and all the gear was at the Chalet and all the ski's, boots and helmets looked excellent. Most of them looked brand new! Half our group arrived the day after and he was back there in the morning to help with all the re-sizing. He came back to swap out some boots etc, and even met us on the slopes to sort out my snowboard bindings when the replacements they had put on the day before were missing the forward lean adjusters. If the story ended here I would be giving them 4-5 stars.
The main issue I had was with the snowboard I received. It was chipped all the way around, had score lines on the back and had two growing cracks in the front tip - looked like it had been pretty beaten up. After I got back home I discovered that it appears to be the 2012 model snowboard which is described as "Burton Clash Snowboard 2012: For the beginner to intermediate rider who is keen on progressing fast.". I had gone for the slightly more expensive "Performance" package and was a little dismayed to receive an eight year old beginner board in such a condition. As soon as I saw it I asked if they had anything else, and I was told that there was a shortage of boards and they couldn't swap it out. I also said that I was willing to go up or down in size to get something else - but again they said that they didn't have anything so I was stuck with it.
When it was time to leave I took a look at the next groups gear, and the two boards that had been put out for them were immaculate. Guess I just got unlucky and caught them when they were short but a warning to any boarder that goes with these guys - maybe they are only good for ski hire.
Edited 14-2-2020: I got a nice email from Rental Republic and they have assured me that this was a one off and that the offending snowboard has been taken away and humanely destroyed. I'm happy that they have taken appropriate steps to make sure this doesn't have to other people so I'm adjusting my review to 3 stars.

Amazing experience. Perfect service. They worked around us, the equipment was great. Super friendly and professional. I can't recommend them enough - will never use a traditional ski hire shop again if I can help it!

Just wanted to say thank you to Rental Republic for a great service, and in particular being able to change my daughters boots within 30 mins of putting in a call, that they weren't quite right! She was extremely happy, especially when she was then fitted with brand new, fur lined boots. Many Thanks.

Rental republic were excellent. Despite arriving late they still came out to the Chalet and fitted everything on site. When things needed to be changed they came out again without issue and followed up to check on us. Excellent service and great skis
