Absolutely first class service. All equipment was there when we arrived at the chalet. Tom then came later that evening and fitted out everyone. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He also came and collected the equipment on the final evening.
Totally stress free service that I would use time and time again. Thank you Tom

Seamless service, it is more expensive than the standard shops but you definitely get what you pay for and in my opinion so worth it.
The contact was excellent, the day before our arrival they sent us a text to confirm our fitting window and arrived within 30 mins of us getting to our chalet. The guy was really nice and knowledgeable, he brought many options of boots to try and make sure we were 100% happy. After my first day I decided my boots were too big and they were changed that evening - I could have had them changed in the day. They were ready to take our stuff back as soon as we got back from the slopes on our final day. I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. Other people in our chalet used shops in the resort and had to queue to pick up and drop off, we didn’t have to do any of that.

The communication was first class, we knew exactly when you’d arrive and you did. Any problems we had you resolved quickly for us. And everyone at Rental Republic is so friendly as well as efficient. Straight forward booking on website at a competitive price. Excellent service with knowlageable people, especially when trying ski boots on. No problem bringing replacement boots for one of our group after first day skiing, evening or early morning time slot to drop off with no loss of ski time. They provided fantastic customer service to our large group, making sure we all had the right equipment, dealing with numerous changes, checking in each day to make sure there were no issues, and scheduling appointments around our plans (i.e., no need to rush back at the end of our last day meet a returns deadline). Would definitely recommend.
