The Rental Republic technician who brought the equipment to our apartment in Arc 1950 was most helpful and all of our equipment was of excellent quality. The level of communication (SMS) before,during and after our stay was also first class. The whole experience was trouble free and enjoyable.

Having someone come to the chalet with equipment really takes the hassle away from your first day in resort and booking everything online beforehand was really easy.

When I realised my boots were actually too big for me on day 2 they replied to my text straight away and we arranged a re-fit that evening. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff too. Highly recommend.

Great company. Fantastic communication. Responsive to queries and very accommodating. Really convenient delivering direct to chalet and happy to change anything if did not suit. ." Lost" my skis on last day -someone took them from restaurant so had to pay for them as had not taken out additional insurance when booked. However they were handed in the next day (when i was back in uk)and got full refund -very prompt service. Could not fault them and would highly recommend.

I recently hired skis from Rental Republic for use at the Les Arcs and La Plagne resorts. I found their equipment and the very helpful service of their staff in fitting, servicing and collecting the skis first class and would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anyone.

You will be hard pressed to find customer service as good as these guys deliver it. I've used them three years in a row and what they do is exceptional. Skies arrive when they say they will. Their technicians are great. They check with you every day the equipment is ok and if there is a problem they will come back and fix it. I wouldn't use any other company.

"Rental Republic - Excellent Service"

Rental Republic provided an excellent service that really took the ‘bind’ out of picking up and returning ski gear. Our guy - Matthew - had plenty of kit with him and kitted each person out with gear whilst we had tea and cake after arriving at our chalet. The boots of one of our party proved a bit sore on day one so Matthew met us at a lift station and changed the boots! Excellent service will use again.

Rental Republic are fantastic. Online booking before we arrived was simple. Delivery to our chalet was exactly when it was supposed to be. Part way through the week, 2 of our group were having problems with their boots. Rental Republic arrived that same day to exchange the boots. The service was excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
