I have been with Healthy Pets since June 2021 and I have been so impressed with their service throughout. The staff are kind, caring and always go the extra mile to help.
I have had to claim through them twice now for my cat and each time, their customer service has exceeded my expectations and they are genuinely so caring about the situation going on.

Still awaiting payment from Healthy Pets, despite receiving email stating my claim settled. Company said my bank had refused payment into my account. Yet, Healthy Pets still able to take monthly premium from my account. When I have tried telephoning the company, computers down & company not able to call me back.
Previously I have had a better experience from the company.

Phoned to see if prices of policies could be reduced. Staff was very helpful and managed to reduce both policies substations by changing providers.

I have just taken out a new policy for my kitten, my other cat is also insured with Healthy pets and had no issues with customer services or making a claim in the past which is why i have chosen them for my new kitten Groot.
