Do not use this company. Our dog unfortunately passed away unexpectedly. We were told we had to pay the next 11 months installments, plus £125 and then a further 20%. How can you ask for the installments when our dog is no longer with us? Absolutely disgusting. Stay away.

Would highly advise to not go with this pet insurance.
Sadly my cat passed away a few weeks ago, we have had to pay the whole bill whilst waiting to hear back from them which is fine. But only to be told a ridiculous amount won’t be paid for, like the fact she was over 6 so a large amount got deducted. And that we have to pay the remaining contract even though our pet is no longer here, which is absolutely disgusting. They clearly could not care less about their customers and just want to take as much money as they possibly can out of them.
Thankyou for making this whole situation that much harder for us.
