My Aligners are just not fitting as well as they have in the past. Bottom right will not stay down on my teeth.
The fit seems loose..Not very happy this time with the quality or fit.

Hello, I reordered new retainers threw the new company and since i was not able to get them threw smile direct my teeth shifted, I reached out to the new company to see what they can do to help fix/adjust my teeth back and only offered a discount code. I am still very upset that my teeth are no longer straight and to fix them i have to pay 900.00 more or and adjustment I feel this is not right and smile direct was not able to offer what I needed to keep my teeth straight and my wedding in 6 months and they will only get worse!
