Maybe it was because it was just before closing time, but the guy on the end of the line could not have been less interested or less helpful. If a business is going to be that uninterested in helping me, I’m gonna have zero confidence in my repair being done well. Sales 101 failure. A shame.

Quick and efficient Service. The staff is excellent. Explained clearly the process. Advised battery change might take 1-2 hours, but it was done in less than 45 mins. Online tracking status is good and they send regular SMS and email updates. No rush as well in the store. Excellent!
