Worst experience, they don't answer calls and emails. You are stuck with them and can't even cancel your flight on time. Do not make the mistake which I did, worst thing you can do. I lost about 2k $ due to this stupid Vayama.

"Completed an online booking with them…"
Completed an online booking with them through Momondo, got no actual booking confirmation # or ticket numbers, just "record locator", the type of airplane and times of flights. I clicked to resend confirmation (it said it was sent) no email still. Called, and after listening to the answering machine for just over an hour (long distance) it hung up. They seem to be out of business, but still taking money.

"No llega confirmación de compra ni nada"
Compramos 2 pasajes el día 20.03.20 para viajar al día siguiente pero nunca nos llegó el mail de confirmación sin embargo el cobro se hizo inmediatamente en la tarjeta de crédito, vayama es PESIMO no tienes donde reclamar sólo un número internacional y un email de respuesta automática así que nunca más con esa empresa fantasma. No pudimos tomar el avión.

"Complete scam"
Complete scam! We've been trying to cancel our flight for 6+ weeks and have received no responses from the company. We have emailed/called/messaged and even reported to BBB with no response. Our flight is now tomorrow and we're worried we are going to still be charged.

"This company is complete scam"
This company is complete scam. They don’t answer emails, they don’t do anything that they suppose to do. I think they are not going to be around after what they are doing to people at this difficult time. I emailed the, message them, tried to call -no answer.
And yes, I am filling out complaint with BBB and US department of transportation.

"Horrible non existent customer service"
Horrible non existent customer service. Had I known this company I would have never booked from them . Learned my lesson. Tried contacting them via email / phone no response. On top of that their cancellation website is broken and doesn’t allow me to cancel. Don’t use them !

Cancelled my trip 3 months before the trip. After 1 1/2 month, still do not see my refund. They don’t answer their phone, and no respond from email when or what action needed for refund.

"Just another frustrated review...."
My Flight leaves in two days.
On their website they won't let me change dates as there are no options other than call their phone number....which tells you to go back to their website.
Now, as we know, all flights are cancelled....but not according to the site. my reservation is still good to go. I've tried e-mailing them multiple times about how do i change the dates, and like everyone else- no response. I know they're swamped with tons of e-mails and requests and questions, but the company knows what flights they have leaving within 72 hours ..and to have ZERO communication, they're essentially holding my reservation hostage. Surely if the flight has been cancelled from the airline's end, they can't still ticket it as if it's still good, right?
