The delivery was a little slower than I thought it would be. But I can't really complain it was free shipping. The unit itself is surprisingly powerful. It can dig very well. It would be nice if it was a little slower sometimes. One thing I can say is it has a Briggs& Stratton motor so you do need to check for bolts getting loose and falling out.

Shipping was within expected range, fairly quick. The E-bike is as expected. Hope it last. This is a daily commute bike.

I ordered the same thing twice once in November then again in December. They claimed both times it was out of stock but I was able to purchase and pay for the items . I have no product and they stole my $975.I have reported them to the bbb .. beware you will get robbed. As of today it says on the website it's in stock. This toolots is a scam and the government needs to check into these crooks.

I purchased an item from this site but never received it. I check and they never sent a confirmation email or a shipping email, but the they did charge my card. I know I entered my email correctly, because I am getting adds and "Rate Us" spam. I reached out to support, but have gotten no response. I've pretty much just accepted that the site is probably a scam.

I have a big workshop, and I have many projects. Finding specific parts and tools can be a problem. The items I purchased from Toolots meet my expectations. Good stuff.

"Dishonest People..."

I tried to buy some commercial gym equipment from Toolots and I had a very bad experience.
First they forgot to ship my order so it ended up being shipped out a week late.
Then they accidentally tried to ship it using a truck that's lift gate is too small to deliver it to our business address.
Now they want me to pay $433 to have it shipped with a new carrier.
I explained that since I paid for shipping and it was their mistake that we would not pay for the additional shipping cost. They told me I could return the item (paying over $1,000 in shipping costs) and that I would be charged a 20% restocking fee.
It's gotten to the point that we are going to be taking legal action. I would strongly recommend going with a different company, these people are dishonest.
