IV GOT A CO OP CARD BLUE BUT APPALANTLY THERES DIFFRENT COLOURS WAT DIFFENCEE IT MAKES I DONT KNOW SO THOUGHT ID GET A POUND BK OFF MY FIRST SHOP SO GETS TWO OVER PRICED BOXES OF TEA BAGS TO FIND IV GOT NO POUND BK CAUSE IV GOT A BLUE MEMBERSHIP CARD SO BEEN AD TWICE PAID A POUND TO BE A MEMBER SO RIPED UP THE CARD AND THEY CAN STICK THERE OFFERES THERE OVER PRICED ANYWAY SO A POUND OFF ANYTHING YOUR STILL BEING DONE OVER

Very disappointed that the members votes at the AGM hold much less meaning than suggested. "Your voice makes a difference" is the tagline, while they then ignore 29,000 voices?
They could take the lead in improve animal welfare, joining the BCC, but instead they avoid it. Very ethical?

The most lovely young lady served us and was beyond helpful. It was raining outside and my sister complained she’d lost her hairband, without even saying the lady passed her spare hairband over the counter to my sister. She was friendly, happy and made our day. I wish I knew her name so she got full recognition by the company. I’ve never really shopped at the coop before but will do so now if all of their staff show the same values and personality as this young lady.

Sent the wrong items again but still charged for the original unable to contact direct as customer contact is shut on a Sunday tried to fill out the form then told it was unavailable, rang the shop and told sorry they had packed the wrong items but had to contact central place

Co-op are choosing profit over quality and animal welfare by ignoring calls to adopt the better chicken commitment. Despite a majority vote from their members, they are refusing to transition to higher welfare standards and ignoring what the people have asked for. Unacceptable from a company that wants us to believe that we have a say in the way they operate!

The staff at Belle Vue Road Co-op, Southbourne are nearly always helpful and friendly. Often have a half decent selection of fresh vegetables and salad. Just eaten the co-op chicken & ham bake. Described as chicken and smoked ham in a creamy sauce topped with sliced roasted potatoes and a mature cheddar cheese. Ingredients state 12% chicken, 4% ham and 40% potatoes. Well it was around 87% potatoes, 3% chicken and 2% ham. Marked up as high in protein? Have tried several other co-op ready meals. Most are to a similar standard. Would have expected better for £4.00

Had a few deliveries. However, given up as too many items out of stock. Had booked a delivery today and not one item I needed was in stock ( they were basic items) So like the past two attempts to order a delivery just gave up.

"Rotten service and awful quality from useless staff"
Just had an order delivered and the milk was 9 days out of date I only ever order stuff from coop when I need bits and bobs but there’s always an issue with every order as there’s either stuff out of stock or it’s rotten and I won’t be using them again as it’s obvious the staff who pack these orders couldn’t care less.The staff in Harrow Road London shop need a manager overseeing there jobs that has a customer care intent.
