I ordered an XXL bird of paradise and received a 3 foot plant. No phone number offered for customer care. I contacted them and they asked for a photo, I sent it, and never heard back. What a shame. I purchased a plant from them 2 years ago and it was beautiful. Company not the same.

"I used to love Bloomscape"
I used to love Bloomscape, I have some thriving plants from 2021 that really helped my houseplant collection grow. Now, they ship from Costa Farms, which intentionally do not but from as the plants come unhealthy, root bound, and often with mites. I bought a Money Tree from Bloomscape last month. I saw it was coming from Costa Farms and reached out to Bloomscape who simply did not respond. The tree is already wilting, losing leaves, and just generally looks unhealthy. I’m going to try to save it, but I wasn’t trying to pick up a rescue. For the price, it ought to have been a healthy plant.

"Amazing customer service!"
We ordered a plant from them years ago and last year a new pot for that plant that they recommended. My plant is thriving so well that it is huge and I reached out to customer service for advice. They responded quickly and gave multiple steps of advice. I was so impressed and will order from them again!

"My first experience with Bloomscape"
My first experience with Bloomscape:
1. I make an order and it is considered fraudulent by Bloomscape.
2. No one from Bloomscape reached out to me until I did to understand why I had not received any shipping information.
3. I re-submit another order for the two plants I want.
4. The first plant arrived ~25 days after the initial order and it arrived dead.
5. I have no idea where the second plant is nor if it has even been shipped.
6. Almost ~30 days later and I still do not have the two plants I have ordered. They compensated 50$ for the inconvenience.

"Honestly please don't shop here"
Honestly please don't shop here. The website is beautiful, but both plants they sent had very damaged leaves that appeared 'ripped'. For these prices (or any price) the plants should be healthy and look great and these were not. Customer service was unhelpful and despite photographic proof - they gaslighted us and said "they are healthy just learn how to care for them". Maybe they are healthy, time will tell and we'll do our best to nurture them, but leaves were ripped on both plants. They would be plants that you would pass by in a physical business. Also of note, customer were also hard to get a hold of. They also didn't send an item in the order and I am still waiting for the refund. It's shocking they are still in business and I have contacted my credit card company to file a complaint in hopes others won't experience this. It's honestly a scam business and I frankly feel bad for the plants.

I recently ordered 2 plants from Bloomscape and both people who received them loved it! Plants were packaged great and great quality. We had a delivery issue with one (not Bloomscape's fault) but customer service was great in helping us. Francesca at Bloomscape was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Bloomscape. Can't say enough good things.

Had a minor problem with my bird of paradise arriving with a damaged leaf. Francesca reached out and resolved my issue, ordered numerous plants with Bloomscape and many other online sellers and Bloomscape always arrives bigger, greener and healthier than any other company. Top notch!

"Subpar and Declining Customer Service"
I've purchased a lot of plants from them in the past but the past couple orders have been really subpar. The shipping is not as good, so the plants or often damaged. Recently had an order that arrived with multiple wilted stems (probably 30-40% of the plant) and customer success offered a $15 off coupon code and made me jump through so many hoops it wasn't worth it. The pots are really subpar and look and feel like cheap plastic (TheSill has vastly better pots) so if the plants aren't thriving its not worth it. Way better to just buy from a local plant store vs. Bloomscape.

I’ve been ordering from Bloomscape for years because of the quality and condition of the plants being far superior to what you can find at Home Depot, etc. A big problem with those stores is the presence of pests in their plants. Have been satisfied with Bloomscape all around.

I have purchased multiple plants from bloomscape and each experience with them has been nothing short of wonderful. Not only do they offer a wide variety of plants, but their plant care team is so helpful and kind. I also use their app, Vera, to keep track of watering and fertilizing! I feel like the price of the plants are worth it and their customer service is quite lovely.
