Eventim sell silver and gold vip packages which are a total rip off. I wanted 2 tickets for 14th April and checked out not realising these packages do not include any tickets -their terms are contrary to the Unfair contract terms Act

The entertainment was amazing and the atmosphere was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the food was pretty poor. We paid £400 for two people and the starter was essentially a salad which could have cost £ 5 max and a main which was inedible. We were meant to get tea and coffee at the end but that didnt materialise. It was my partners birthday and we had starved ourselves all day in anticipation of the meal we were expecting.

The gig was cancelled due to band illness told to keep tix. Band then went on to split and was refused refund

Went to see The Cure in Leeds; in common with about 1000 other people, our tickets did not arrive on time, and we had to spend the first half of the show queueing outside in the freezing cold to get them. Missed almost an hour of the show we paid for. Eventim have completely ignored three emails asking for reasonable compensation, without even a single reply. They are a complete disgrace. Once they've got your money they don't give a damn about you. I'd like to be able to say don't deal with them, but what choice do you have?

Bought Micky Flanagan tickets under “best available”. As soon as I received them, I saw that the seats are not anywhere near each other. If I’d known this beforehand I would not have purchased the tickets. It seems I am not the only person this has happened to. I am upset as was so looking forward to seeing Micky Flanagan with my boyfriend but am disappointed that I won’t even get to sit near to each other.

Spoken to customer service and have now stopped replying to my emails. They point blank refuse to offer me a refund, they also won’t let me resell on their own resale site (FanSale - where they will make a profit and I’ll actually make a loss!) and can’t sell to a third party. So where does that leave me? No resolution offered. Truly, truly awful. £100+ down the drain! Avoid at all costs.

"Surprise Fees"

Literally about to book tickets and the website gives an option of ticket “delivery”, £2.50 to print them yourself or £2.50 to log back into the website and download them to your mobile device. Neither option allowed for actual physical copy of the ticket. That’s alongside an already mandated £1.50 purchasing fee. Absolutely not, another venue where I won’t be completely ripped off.

Ozzy Osbourne tour finally cancelled but Eventim only refunding face value of tickets, they have had our money for 4 years now so have no doubt made a tidy sum in interest on everyone's money. Absolutely scandalous to not pay back the whole fee when there is a cancellation, this also includes a so called delivery fee for printing your own tickets, as this won't be happening now this extra extra £2.50 fee should be paid back as well as the rest of the booking fee, it's daylight robbery withholding this money. Never again will I use this agency, other tickets cancelled during COVID included fees being reimbursed along with the ticket face value by more reputable ticket agencies, shame on you Eventim.

I purchased THREE TICKETS!! Not to expect for one of the tickets to be sat in a different seat from the other two. I contacted the company and they declined to refund my one tickets. Who would want to sit on their own when booking is all together. Absolute rubbish company. Would not recommend and will not be recommending or purchasing from this company again!
