The Franke sink I ordered and received was poorly packaged and had a large blob of clear sealant stuck to the underside when removed from the box. It looked very like a used return in my opinion but because of the time demands and other dependencies of my project plus the somewhat inflexible t's & c's for returns that your company has I decided to remove the sealant myself and use the product. Not a good experience.

I ordered an automatic kitchen bin. It arrived very quickly but as soon as I saw the box I realised it was far too big - my fault for ordering 50L instead of 30L.
We opened the box, lifted it out halfway, carefully put it back, and returned it to you.
You sent pictures of a badly damaged bin although the box was undamaged and refused to give me a refund or return the supposedly damaged bin.
There is no way that damage was caused by us or, in view of the undamaged box, by the post office!
I don't know what dishonest game you are playing but I will never order from you again. The damage must have been done by your employee as it certainly wasn't done by us or the post office. I suspect the photos were not of the bin I returned and that you have sold it to someone else or one of your employees has kept it. A refund if £25 still gives you a nice profit! I'm disgusted with your dishonest trading practises!
