Bought an Oswin Hyde Joseph Monogrammed umbrella Oct 2024. After just six uses all the stitching at the top of the umbrella failed. Sent clear pictures and and received a brush off email . Obviously, the umbrella was not of merchantable quality at the time of purchase and the ruffle at the top of the umbrella made this poor stitching invisible!
