Worst experience of my entire life.
I will never ever flight again with this company.
On 9/7/23 they cancelled the flight from Madrid to Santo Domingo because the airplane had a problem with the engine.
At the beginning they offered us an accomodation in Hotel and the flight the next day, then after a few hours they said that weren't paying for anything and the just give us the compensation
mandatory by law.
They left 300 people in the airport of Madrid at the 10 PM in the night without flight and without Hotel.
We had to book another flight immediately, paying a lot of money and paying the Hotel on our own.
The worst part is that they send us an email with a coupon code with 40% of discount, what a bad joke!!!
At the moment still no trace to refund, I called the call center, multiple times, compiled all forms and nothing, no signs of refund.
Not only no signs of refund but they also never ever respond to me.
I've search on google and it looks like that this company owns only 3 planes, how's that possible that this company is allowed to flight? It's a joke.
I will wait just a little bit of time and then I will go with my lawyer.

Compania de las mas bananeras que existen, no entiendo como las autoridades no toman cartas en el asunto y cierran este chiringuito
Te cancelan tu reserva asi porque si con 0 margen de maniobra aduciendo una averia y si lees los comentarios es facil adivinar que es una practica habitual vender mas billetes que plazas disponibles, una verguenza como juegan con la confianza de la genteno hay adjetivos para calificar el comportamiento de esta gentuza
Luego me diran que me enviaran un formulario.....que caraduras mas grandes
Ojala que intervengan pronto, no se merecen menos
Y los empleados con cara de poker. No se como no se les cae lara de la verguenza

AHÍ NO FUNCIONA NADA, ME HAN CAMBIADO EL VUELO 4 VECES, LA ÚLTIMA VEZ 48 HORAS ANTES DE LA SALIDA, AL FINAL HE TENIDO QUE COMPRAR EN OTRA LINEA AEREA, UNA VERGUENZA. POR LO MENOS DICEN QUE ME DEVOLVERÁN EL DINERO, PERO YA SE SABE LO QUE ES COMPRAR A ÚLTIMA HORA. LO SIENTO, NO VALE LA PENA.

I booked basis price ticket (low fare) for two people.
Service was as expected for the price I paid. Low price = low service. You could pay some service in advance if you like. But for me it was ok without any additional services.
Negativ only that I paid the seat reservation twice. But could happen maybe it's an IT issue of the reservation system.
The experience with W2Fly is in general ok. The staff is attending the passenger well. This the second time that I travel wit W2Fly

My flight was canceled from Punta cana to Madrid, 4 days before,for 4th Nov,with no reason and they change to 21st Nov,without my permission
We are a family with 2 children,we have a connection flight from Madrid to Budapest,with different company
I call costumer service and she was so bad,she said they dont have seats for us,to wait 24 h for ansewer,and she have other calls to ansewer
The worse flight company that I ever flight
Do they ever think about your extra cost?hotel,other flights, children
They just make my holiday very bad,I can not enjoy anymore

"Amazing customer support"
After all the bad reviews I was anxious to book with them. But this airline deserves a good review!! The customer support is very quick and personal (had 2 different experiences). I had to cancel my flight, and I can tell you that the refund is real! Amazing. Trustworthy company, would definitely book again.

"I would choose a different one"
I paid 585€ for a Madrid - Punta Cana flight . They make you pay extra for luggage, seat , headphones , any kind of alcohol during the meal , they won’t offer any pillows or blankets either so you better get ready because you will be cold , the crew is nice
