My whole experience was absolutely fantastic the young lady I spoke to help me to understand that they cared and reassured me. Several times that everything was okay and I will be helped every step of the way as far as I’m concerned being disabled. I have to rate them with a five star I haven’t written this. As I was traces very well, thank you for your help. Happy New Year

"Absolutely impossible to speak to…"

Absolutely impossible to speak to anyone at this company. Tried so many times to communicate with them. Received one call from them and asked them to call back at a specific time later in day as it wasn't convenient when they rang, no return call. Working hours 9-5.30 weekdays only, don't they realise people work during these hours and not always convenient
Even the call was shown as 'suspected spam' when they rang, says everything.
