After numerous calls & not getting anywhere i finally got to speak to a lovely lady called Noha. This women listened to my true part of story how Ebay treated my son. I will not go into details however, what a lovely understanding lady. I can see this company have bad reviews i can only say they must have spoken to a rude unskilled women who name is Naomi. This company are not bad as the review state. They have one person working for them who they need to get rid off. I have mentioned the name. I dont want to go on about her so please speak to Noha what an understanding person. I dont write reviews for fun i had to today as after speaking to Noha i now know there are understanding people out there & not like the person i have already mentioned. This message is to this company owner. Please employee staff like Noha if you want to up your reviews on Trustpillot. Noha thank you for your understanding & keep up the good work.

The agent who called was rude, I explained I had a premature baby and I’ve been meaning to call but my baby comes first and her attitude got worse, the way she spoke to me as if she didn’t have a care in the world. I wasn’t looking for sympathy but some compassion doesn’t go a miss.

They don't even deserve a 1 star... Constant harassing calls, texts n emails regarding a £61.20 debt to Admiral .. once explained, after numerous emails, they sent me a "WRITTEN OFF BALANCE " letter, and they still continue to harrass me, they have increased my anxiety levels dramatically... I just want them to leave me alone

I was contacting them about a debt I had, which I had received through being stressed and having a stint of bad mental health. I was incredibly anxious to speak with them and confront this. Morgan, my call operator, was incredibly helpful, insightful, compassionate and kind to my situation and gave me all the tools to begin sorting the situation, as well as my general debt situation on the whole.
