"An absolutely disgraceful company"
An absolutely disgraceful company. Only interested in harassing people in to paying without listening or investigating the facts. Ardent acting on behalf of Vodafone claimed I had an outstanding balance of £144 from 2016 for my broadband. Ardent would not enter into looking into this and we're threatening legal action if I didn't pay. After hours of phone calls to Vodafone they finally acknowledged they got it wrong. I got no apology or compensation for my time. Just a bad experience that has taken al most two months to realise their mistakes. Disgraceful, horrible people I will never communicate with them ever again.

I am an interpreter. I have phone you with my client and registered my name on file. When we phoned you again with my client to give you some information about case you said to me I couldn’t pass security because I answered your question without asking him. Since he’s my client obviously I have informations writing on my desk. You could have ask me to pass it to my client if you wanted to talk to him. This is so nonsense. You have wasted our time.
We have phoned you from phone number that you are using to contact him. If I wanted to do something wrong I could’ve said I am the account holder since I have all the information.

The service agent was patient and kind at explaining everything to me as I was recovering from a stroke and an arrangement was made with no judgement or having to feel pressured as once I explained my financial situation they kept ensuring I understood what he was telling me and this is first time dealing with a company who actually seems to care about their customers thank you to the agent who spoke to me today I felt less stressed and more confident bout managing the balance 10/10

If they ring you about a debt, do t ignore them or fly off the handle they can help if you talk to them
