Placed an order for over £1,500 of ski clothes. After 5 weeks the clothes have not arrived and customer service are not replying to my emails despite having my money. Avoid at all costs.

Just be aware that there is a full between products showing shipped from Ekosport and the courier showing that they received it. I assu.e this is because courier update only when item lands in UK.

The delivery company lost my parcel about a month ago. Since then, nothing from Ekosport. All they tell me is "we're investigating and cannot do anything for now" when I chase them. No update whatsoever and no idea if they're even trying to sort it out. Avoid.

Terrible. I spent £550 (€663) 30 days ago on a jacket from Ekosport and it has not been delivered. Their UK courier tracking shows that they never received it from them. I contacted Ekosport and all I have had is standard platitude responses saying they are investigating. Latest chase email sent to them a week ago and no reply received. Disgusted.
