"Shocking products all sub standard at…"

Shocking products all sub standard at inflated prices😳 and where do they get there staff from, the most unfriendly people I have come across in any supermarket, avoid like the plague I won’t be retuning. 😳🤮

Went to coop with my 14 years old son, I was grabbing some sauces and beers, I grabbed 4 cans, my son told me that cradles are much cheaper so I told him that I’m gonna put them back and grab one for me, so this is all happened not far from till, anyway cashier starts talking to me about my sons id etc, I thought he was joking or something, there were some other customers there too, anyway I have explained that beers are for me and he is my son, he was just helping me, he just grabbed them and gave it to me while I was putting other 4 beers back, even after expanding that he is my son, he start mumbling, I left the shop without buying anything, it’s degrading and embarrassing in front of my son and other customer, coop never again

When you make a complaint online they never actually get back to you about said complaint complaining instore to the manager is useless as they are the main reason the store has said problems absolute abmysal super market with no customer service and lack of care for complaints constantly have items priced wrong thats never fixed etc just poor in general

"Promotional 'offers' not always honoured"

On several occasions when visiting your store at 302 Sutton Road Walsall, I have specifically selected items that are labelled on the shelf as being part of a promotional offer such as 'buy 2 for £1.50'or a similar type of offer. When I get to the tills though you try to charge me full price. When queried I am informed that there is nothing the staff can do as the item does not show on the till as being on offer. What is happening?

Ordered 27£ of shopping for the first time ,off the co-op app, booked a delivery slot for between 5pm and 6pm Sunday 24/03/2024
They took my money straight away from my bank. I thought that order was painless , sat back and waited for my shopping..... Waited and waited , 6pm came ,no order 6.15 came no order , 6.30 came still no shopping . So searched for customer support number and rang them on a premium number , a man answered and as soon as I started talking , put the phone down , rang back 5 mins in the queue again
I spoke to a lucus who informed me once I'd found my order number that the shop had decided to cancel my
order , I said you have number write right,why didn't someone call and inform me , I don't was the reply , he couldn't less . But we will refund your money back . That was it . No apologies, no hint of a money off voucher..... Nothing . The worsed of it was, in the shopping was ingredients to finish off our Sunday dinner . So did what I will do next time and go shopping myself to a different shop of course. Do one coop your service is lowest of the low

"Awful staff -Huddersfield New Hey Road"

Awful staff, just glare at you for not being Caucasian. There are two older ladies, both have white hair have absolute attitudes, one had a stick troll, but it right in front of me whilst I was browsing. The security guards they have just follows anyone else unless Caucasian….tells you what sort of place this is, not the CO-OP I remeber.

I love Haughley ( Suffolk) Co-op! James, one of the managers, is always lush. He always says ‘Hello’ even if he’s doing a stock take! So he promotes a happy atmosphere. Sean, is such a wonderful cashier! He is great with the children, when they are counting their money, to buy sweeties! And he chatted to me,& was courteous and kind and funny! Bunch of hero’s in this store! I travel from the nearest town, just to shop at Haughley Co-operative!!

Doesn’t deliver your order, just avoid at all costs. Genuinely awful. You don’t get your order and then have to wait 6 days for a refund.

Bought Coop Crisps in February complained to Coop as most of them inedible. Promised 3 times they would get back to me after contacting manufacturers. Still waiting, end of Coop for me. Deplorable customer service
