"Three Day 2 test results never arrived"
Three Day 2 test results never arrived. They tried to blame us saying we had not activated the test, which we did.
This company is playing with public health and should be accountable for that. Let alone that they are scamming hundreds of citizens without anybody moving a finger.

"So it’s 8 days later"
So it’s 8 days later, and I’ve STILL not had my results back. It’s all BS. Emails go unanswered and phone calls just fob you off with “it’s still processing”. Stay clear. Should be removed from the gov website as they’re clearly under prepared and possibly a scam at this point. If I could give 0 stars I would.
TL;DR: Potentially scamming money now and not even bothering to run the tests.

"JUST LIKE AN INTERNET SCAM"
I won't be surprised if I hear that this is a ghost company operating from some lawless country.
I bought a PCR day 2 test. The test arrived ok, and I posted my sample on 6/1. I didn't get the results for several days, and because I want to be fair I checked first with Royal Mail. Royal Mail confirmed that my sample was delivered on 7/1.
So I called them and they told me that my sample had not been activated (which I had done).
They asked me to activate it again, which I again did and called the following day.
Once again I was asked to activate for a 3rd time. I did and called them back, only to be told that they can't see my activation!
This time I could reply that "I have open the site where there is a message that 'activation successful'". They asked me to send the screenshot and activate a 4th time. This time they replied that the activation was finally found...
I expected that I will receive the results...
Since I received nothing, I emailed them again. On 15/7, 8 days after they received my sample, they replied me that "we don't do refunds... you can use the sample on another occasion(!), and they blamed Royal Mail for no delivery.
I'm taking the matter forward, but I'd rather not need to.
STAY AWAY!!!

"No results after more than 96 hours"
Stay clear if you actually want a result. Sample received at the lab more than 96 hours ago and when I call advised to call back. No response to email.
To get the reference to be able to board plane they were cheaper than others. But if you actually want a result stay clear.

"Avoid these guys if you want your test results!!!"
Avoid. They sent the test kits quickly but its been 5 days and I still don't have my test results. I would not use them again unless you want extra quarantine days. Worse, I emailed and called several times. No help, just jawjaw. Again, avoid!

"The pack was tracked to delivery. 14 days later - no result. My email went unanswered. I have complained on gov website but don't expect much sense from there"
The pack was tracked to delivery.

"The worst experience ever"
The worst experience ever. First of all my test results were sent 63h after I took my test (on the website it says a 48h). Secondly, they came back as unclear which doesn't make any sense. What does it even mean?! I took a number of lateral flow tests which came back negative. Don't use them, waste of money.

"Awful service"
Rainbow Labs suggests using Royal Mail for the delivery of PCR tests.
First of all, they delivered my 2Day test in the afternoon of the actual second day after my arrival.
Secondly, I used the Priority box of the Royal Mail to send it back to the laboratory. The RM collected the test the day after I dropped it. Then, they delivered it early in the morning the NEXT day.
And finally, Rainbow labs took the test to analyse only the next day, e.g. 3 days after I've done it. It is obvious, that the result was unclear and they suggested to BUY ANOTHER TEST without any refund.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

"Got what promised!"
My day 2 test came on time after i arrived in the UK and I received my results the day after. I thought it was a scam after all the reviews but my order proved otherwise.

"After the shambolic error of receiving…"
After the shambolic error of receiving someone's actual test swab in the post from Rainbow Fulfilment (review 01.01.2022), I eventually received an email from the Manager RAJA
He is the Manager of the Gov appointed lab "ARRIVALS DIAGNOSTIC", and his logistic partner is "RAINBOW FULFILMENT," which send, receive and do the packaging ( which leaves me to wonder who actually does the lab testing, and where..).
Raja acknowledged it was a serious mistake, and has actually refunded the cost, and wrote..he will "investigate the matter".
But I do not trust these companies, and have written to 3 MPs, urging them to scrutinize their reliability.
I originally ordered a test kit from ARRIVALS DIAGNOSTIC, which I received, and sent off my sample ,after Christmas...but received a Neg result ...not from ARRIVALS DIAGNOSTIC...but from the NHS !!!, who I had not contacted at all. Obviously, because they were closed over Christmas, they must have sent all test samples to the NHS to analyse, in which case we need not have paid at all..and that is why I demanded, (and got) my refund.
