"Fast and easy test with good customer care"

I bought the test on Thursday night, which was sent on friday and arrived on Saturday.
After I uploaded the result photo (negative), it took less than 1 minute for my certificate to arrive from their certification team.
Before buying, I decided to reach out for support via email, and my reply came within 4 days.
Excellent experience!!

"Terrible scam"

It has been a week since they've received my test and I've got no results yet. A few days back, they replied back to me saying they have gotten my test and are processing it, and still no results! I've asked for a refund twice and they have ignored me

I still haven't received the results 10 days after sending the sample to the lab. Why is the government not removing them from their approved list of providers?

"Worst Impossible"

This is not only a PCR result, it is more than that, It is the health of myself and the rest of the people around me. I have received my 2day PCR result 138h after they received my samples when it is supposed they should have been released 48h maximum. Awful service. I had to call them 7times to get any info but they did not give me any explanation at all. They just told me that small thing had to be done and I should wait a bit more. They do not take notes in their system, so when you call them again, you have to explain everything again. They ended up my phone call to not have to explain anything. They do not send the emails they promise you during the conversation. They do not have any company structure, it seems that they are plenty of managers and none of them take care of the issue, for instance, the manager Charlie did not want to speak with me and he never sent to me an email with an explanation. When you ask about a refund, they say that they do not have a refund policy, even when they do not give the service agreed, results before 48h.

"Avoid at all costs!"

Terrible service. The test kit took way too long to arrive. I requested a refund after a few days time but they said they could not offer a refund as it had already been sent. I waited another couple of days then contacted them again. They then said they would send me out a new kit and still refused any refund!
Eventually I got the kit, sent it back, and I have never received a result back since! I ordered on the 18th December and it is now 17th January! Shocking! Avoid at all costs!

"Conmen, don't use this company"

Use anyone else unless you want your holiday ruined of you want extra quarantine days.

I'm just following up on my review from last week. It's day 16 and I still do not have my day 8 results. Worse, they tried to re-send my day 2 results as if they were my day 8 results, not even bothering to change the date and time stamp on the day 2 results so the trick was rather amateurish.

This company is horrible, bordering on criminal. I only used them because the companies I usually use were not available and we desperately needed a testing code to reenter the UK after travel. Avoid at all costs.

"SCAM company"

SCAM company. AVOID.
I am still waiting for my PCR test result from Jan 4th.
Today, 10 days later and no result but a paltry response from Rainbow labs telling me "be patient and wait." Ridiculous.
There need to be stricter rules to hold companies to account if they fail to keep the promises made on their websites.

"Avoid them like the plague! Absolute scam"

I paid £49 for a day 2 PCR test, which was sent to them over a week ago. I have emailed, only to be told to give them more time to process it! This certainly appears like a scam, yet on the list of approved providers by the government!
Thankfully the rules changed just as I returned to the UK, so didn't have to self isolate until I had the results, or I would have lost work as a result.
Avoid this company like the plague!!!!

"The worst experience ever"

The worst experience ever. Test came back saying that’s it’s unclear. Either it’s negative or it’s positive (how can it be unclear), got me on a roller coaster. They tell you to get in contact with them immediately but when you are on the phone ringing them, you end up in a queue. After waiting for your turn reaching to queue no 1, the end the call saying that there is no one available to take the call. Absolutely BS of a company. Terrible customer service. Definitely never to deal with this company, stay far away.
