"The Team is Fantastic!"

We love how easy it is to use Shipwire - we have total control over our shipping and logistics process. The ease of the platform coupled with amazing account managers, warehouse teams and integration specialists made our transition to Ingram Micro easy and almost seamless. We were able to get set up in record time with very little hiccups, and the team is available to us via any channel of choice at all hours of the day. I have never worked with such a responsive, understanding and knowledgeable team who really cares about their customers. Special shout-out to Linda and Jason, who have been there for us every step of the way and made our experience more than fantastic. Thank you!

"Really good and getting better"

I've been with Shipwire for abut 5 years now handling fulfilment in the US, Australia and Europe. I have to say in the first couple of years there were a few issues, especially around buy periods. The last few years have been really smooth - BF/CM 2019, they shipped out over 1000 orders in 2 days. Very happy and look forward to growing with them!

"Black friday period"

Black friday period

Jason and David along with all our warehouses did a great job getting us through black friday. We did over 40k units of orders which went out without any major issues. There were mispicks and carrier issues and delays however majority of the orders all went out. Super happy there were no major glitches (apart from some incorrect rating issues). Well done everyone for a successful black friday 2019.

"Declining ease of use with increasing cost"

Inconsistent enforcement of standards for labeling and packing and constant issues with SKU relationships have made this partnership more work than reward. Additionally, prices seem to constantly rise and are not competitive when compared with other similar companies. We also rarely get reimbursed for errors and issues that seem to be the responsibility of Shipwire and result in lost inventory and unhappy customers. We have had several years of great service and low complexity use of Shipwire but issues have become more and more frequent and the cost is becoming untenable. I would love to salvage this partnership but am not optimistic at the moment.

"The absolute worst"

Steer clear of Shipwire - lost inventory, unhelpful outsourced customer service, damaged shipments, delayed receiving, constant issues.
Outrageously expensive storage fees - do yourself a favor and find a different 3PL.
