Sorry to say but this companies billing process is questionable, having lived here for 10yrs I have never seen any supervisors carry out monthly inspections all of which we are billed for as well as other fictitious inspections and work carried out.
Spoke to the contractor the other day about removing all the weeds in the parking courts, his response was “I will have to check the plan to see if that falls under our remit”
Wow even I have the written statement of services and I am aware of what maintenance the contractor should be carrying out. Maybe the monthly Greenbelt supervisor could pass this on to the contractor of what falls under his responsibilities. No need to respond Greenbelt as this is my personal review but no doubt you will, to have any negativity of your company removed.

Although if you saw the piles of cut grass left for wildlife in winter it looks silly where it’s left, at the top of the field yes but not near the footpath it looks lazy. Saying that I was very impressed how Marc got back to my query so good

I really wanted to say how very much I appreciate the care and attention the team, who maintain our development, give to our green spaces. They really do pay attention to detail and I think their level of service has improved over the 6 years we've stayed here.
We probably take it for granted far too often, but we are so lucky to live in such an attractive and well maintained estate and full credit goes to the teams of Russell Landscaping/Greenbelt for their integral part in this.

Contacted greenbelt help desk as my ref & PIN weren’t allowing me to go paperless. Got reply from Marc who was able to confirm I had previously registered &pointed me in the right direction for going paperless from there. All sorted & thanks again

I have an update to my experience with Greenbelt. I write this here as direct communication with Greenbelt has proved difficult or impossible. Today a team of tree surgeons arrived to remove the branch that I paid someone to remove a month ago. They were sent by the agent, appointed by Greenbelt, who came out to photograph the tree to support their application to remove the branch that had already been removed. An application was submitted and approved 18 months previously. The tree surgeons, after an hour and a half journey, had a look at the tree, and the space where the branch had been, and left. Throughout the 3 three years since this was brought to Greenbelt's attention I've kept them informed of the situation, my intentions and action. After spending hundreds of pounds to protect my property from a tree in their care I now find they've spent a further hundreds of pounds to organise and carry out the work again on a fool's errand. It sticks in the craw that these contractors will be paid for their wasted time and effort when I have done the work and stood the bill. The whole affair has been a communication and management calamity that, after a little research, sounds all too familiar.
