"Ill fit and poor style."

So far I've paid $25 (two months worth of subscription) and have yet to receive a pair of panties that I can actually wear. They promised to replace the first pairs of ill fitting underwear they sent, which compelled me to keep the subscription.... then they didn't sent them. The next batch was the right size but the wrong style. Don't waste your money.

"Scam"

Did not receive package but still charged for 5 months, could not provide tracking information and stopped responding to me. Horrible customer service and shady practices.

SCAMMERS BE AWARE Never even received my order! Customer service was no help. They basically ship your package without adequate shipping. I owe an additional $2.75 to receive my package but also have to go to the post office for pick up and make payment. I don’t work in town and travel for my job so I couldn’t get to the post office within the timeframe before they ship back to sender. Knotty Knickers claims they do not get packages back and will not issue a refund. Awesome! Thank goodness for the ability to dispute with my credit card company.

"Bad service all around"

Update: Knotty Knickers is trying to have my review removed three years later. I am updating to provide an order number to verify the validity of this review (#670660). I still have all emailed receipts from the time I had a subscription as well, if further authentication is required. Just another reason not to trust this shady company.

Nearly impossible to cancel the membership. Customer service is an unhelpful mess. Additionally, the quality is not great. They say you can specify preferences for colors/materials and they never actually honor those preferences. I’ve reported them to the BBB.

"Unprofessional customer service"

Part of my order was missing..contacted customer service and they will not refund the missing item as it is impossible it was not shipped.

"The sizes aren't consistent, bad quality products"

The sizes aren't consistent at all, I have a few different pairs all in the same size, some fit and some are about a size too small
The quality is also quite bad. There are always lots of loose threads, they arrive with holes on some occasions, and when they use prints, they're very low quality.
Also after washing them once they look so dull

I am really disappointed with your company. I never received my package and have been back and forth with the support team with still no resolution. Very frustrating and very disappointing. Wish I could give a positive review but unfortunately it's been nothing but a hassle

"Terrible product and customer service"

I had a terrible experience. They didn't deliver more than half of the orders and continued charging me while "customer service" looked into it. I never felt like I was communicating with a person. The emails were all autogenerated. The underwear was so cheap and it degrades in quality after one wash. Save your money and go somewhere else.

"Cant cancel"

Cant cancel. Cant log into cancel. Customer service refuses to cancel. I have made many attempts. Quality sucks! Horrible company. I have refused and sent back the last 2 shipments. Cant reach any one to speak to. Called CC company and reported them

The quality of this is horrible! I wore the underwear half a day and had to take off because the fabric was falling apart. Go to cancel my account and they have no record of my account so canceled through PayPal.... definitely would not Recommend
