"Purchased Hudson Reed taps as was…"

Purchased Hudson Reed taps as was advised that they were of excellent quality. These taps did not last the test of time, found them to be of poor quality and need replacing within 4 years. Customer service truly disappointing.

"I Purchased a Hudson Reed 1100 x 800…"

I Purchased a Hudson Reed 1100 x 800 apex shower cubicle from a different company online that sell Hudson Reed products a months ago and have only just got round to fitting it to find that there were two springs missing from the bottom rollers.

I asked the company that I brought it from to provide these springs as they were missing and I was told that it was out of warranty as I needed to inform them within 7 days of purchase of any issues! (Terrible Service)
I then searched endlessly in plumb centres etc to find a suitable spring but with no luck.

I then contacted Hudson Reed them selves and spoke to a gentleman called Thomas, he was very helpful and informative and has sent out the springs for me free of charge.

Great customer service, thank you 👍🏼

"Brilliant customer service team"

Thank goodness I paid a bit more for my shower and bathroom fittings from Hudson Reed. I was having terrible customer care problems with the online store I had purchased it from after once fitted an issue with the shower valve was identified. Hudson Reed were quick, helpful and I even got to speak to a lovely lady in the technical team who ensured a replacement was sent out. Thank you do much and if you are ever thinking about getting cheaper no name brands from online stores. Think again! I would recommend this brand and their fantastic support team and customer service. Even through COVID!

"Quick responce"

Tom Pearson was excellent in his response. I phoned him after having a real problem with the wholesaler when we were trying to get a small part replace. The wholesaler was very bad and I phoned Tom who looked up our record and resolved the problem within five minutes. In future as a company I would like to deal direct rather than go through a wholesaler.

"Hudson Reed interval shower spare parts"

i purchased a Hudson Reed interval thermostatic shower in 2016. It is an expensive shower. I am having trouble with the water jets. I rang Hudson Reed and they said i needed a new shower diverter. i asked them to order me one and they said they do not stock them so i have a shower with a 20 year guarantee you can not get parts for. The 20 year guarantee is not worth the paper it is written on. I would not buy a Hudson Reed product again. This product is still advertised for sale on the Hudson Reed website. I cannot see how they can continue to sell a product for which they do not supply spare parts.

"I purchased a tap from this…"

I purchased a tap from this manufacturer , the red print has come off and the blue print remains (these Colours distinguish Hot and cold) the red has come off after two weeks, however the blue remains and I have been told they will not replace as it is the cleaning products I have used That have removed the red print but worked perfectly on the blue . I am not able to add a photo!! Absolute joke of a company

"Dreadful customer service and product"

Dreadful customer service and product. Avoid using.
I have a shower that leaks from the valve, so I contacted the technical team to ask them to send me some technical info so that I can fix it. The eventual email reply was useless. A part number was stated but when I tried to look this up on their website no info could be found. Also the quality of the prophecy shower is terrible. The black outer coating is chipping away in quite a few places when I asked advice regarding this, considering they promote a 20 guarantee, I was told it was down to the way I clean it! As customer service had Not actually asked how I was cleaning it I feel their assumption totally inappropriate. Costly mistake avoid this company.

Rubbish bath filler, E358, leaked via plug waste cable and cable housing sump by drain. In my desperation I’ve order another one to see if it works due to install needs.

"We are now a year in trying to install…"

We are now a year in trying to install an en suite. We have chased and chased! We finally sorted our shower with damage to the below bathroom. Now have a damaged tap which may I add has not been used apart from me wiping a cloth around it. It has started peeling! The tap has been discontinued ordered a different one and this has arrived with a large dent in it! I hold my hands up at the quality. We have tried to buy UK product. It is not a cheap product but I have a bathroom from heritage which is 17 years old and looks better than this! We now have to send this back and are no near forward to using our en suite fully! The bathroom was not cheap and it is more a disaster zone than enjoying it! Would never used Hudson Reed products again if we were doing our bathroom again! You will not carry on trading if this is not resolved!!!
