"Worst company EVER!!"

I was miss sold a scoot mobile website package by [name] he told me all that would change once the code was inserted was the appearance of my website on my mobile phone! NOT TRUE!!!
After inserting the code given by scoot I could not access my website on my iPad at all it was diverting to scoot with hardly any information and no contact details other then the phone number!!
I contacted [name] the manager - OMG she's got zero people skills ... In fact damned rude! She told me hardly anybody has iPads so what's my issue!! In my world everybody I know has an iPad!! She proceeded to tell me my iPad is equivalent to a mobile phone, the last time I looked you cannot make or receive calls on an iPad?? Maybe [name] has discovered some new age technology for iPads!! She should contact Apple as it could make her a fortune .... Haha.
I have reported Scoot to Trading Standards.
Bottom line is I want my £144.00 returned forthwith and never to do business with them again.
SAVE YOUR MONEY! TIME! ENERGY!!

"Complete waste of Money."

Very strong sales pitch - products seemed very good when I was shown it on screen - but once installed on my web site it's dreadful in practise.
I liked the look of the Mobile app. for my Web Site - but the problem is that when you try to navigate any where on my web site you are directed to Scoot and not to my web site - try to contact me by email - and it links to Scoot, not me....
I talked to a sales rep called Adam, and was shouted at for 5 minutes. He was very rude and unhelpful, but promised, in the end, to call me back the following work day and help sort my problems out - he never kept his promise.
I would never go near Scoot again, after paying over £400 I feel the product is poorly designed, badly developed, over priced and the staff are down right rude.

"Total waste of time and money"

Tried them after a recommendation for our business. I can honestly admin that they are the worst place to put your money in. Having a free listing there is okay though the support is horrible.
They always promise that they will solve your problem and so 2-3 months pass.
They cheated with the price with us by advicing us to pay online and it turned a higher price than the usual which is just scam.
Nobody ever goes to their directory for anything but to look for a company to hire them.

I would definately not recommend them to anyone small or big business. Not to mention the fact that your "account manager" gets suddently lost from time to time.
I am sorry I had to sign with them at all!

Where do I start?
Took out the all singing all dancing packages and have had nothing short of 8 months of misery, ping-pong email tennis, unsatisfactory support and customer service

MyMcart
Mobile phone add on brought my website down after installation and have had to remove it (their engineers inserted the code and amended existing page and global scripts without my authority)

They set this system up with the wrong information 3 times in a row meaning meaningless comparison with competitors who do not exist - at least 6 moths worth of seo reports and monitoring wasted

Producing reports for broken back-links .. when followed through some of the links are still there and active

Can't wait for the curent subscription to be over so that I can remove myself from their directory and have nothing mire to do with them

So many promises and assurances made have been broken .. non of which have they bothered to confirm back in writing, firm resistance in not allowing complants to be escalated higher up the company

we receive emails such as these:
"Sorry for delay in replying. The changes were made in our admin section but unfortunately the report did not reflect this. I am more than happy to add 2 months onto your advertising in the light off the report not reading correctly.
Kind regards
[name]"

"I fully accept the fact that the report has not read correctly for the reason as follows : two of your competitors URl's were spelt incorrectly, I did change them for you as soon as you informed me and you accepted my offer of a free Touch Local Priority Listing as a gooddwill gesture, unfortunately the second report read incorrrectly but you would not accept my apology despite offering an extension of several months on your products.
Once again I apologise for any mishaps that have occcured, my offer stills stands butunfortunately I will not be authorising a refund

Yet nothing changes ... problems still continued to arise

"Please do NOT waste your money with Scoot"

Bad customers services, there website works on tags, so if the potential customers do not type in your tag letter for letter then forget about the chance of ever getting that customer, my website comes up higher in google for the free business listings , so the question begs to be asked.WHY GIVE SCOOT MONEY to end up on the 2nd page of google.... If the customer adviser had been better at their job, i would not be writing this review

"Best stay clear"

Spent £2000 with them and Touch Local who are the same company and you would think they would look after you, no they took the money and did not even put in the keywords I asked for? Customer Service is really bad. Asked for my money back and not a chance. If you are a new customer better to flush your money down the toliet as it will end up with the same results. Stick with Google.
