"My braclet is constantly coming undone…"

My braclet is constantly coming undone & falling off. It seems very poor quality. My pandora has never once fallen off. I feel it’s very cheaply made. It was a mother’s day present from my daughter & looked beautiful, just a shame I can’t wear it for fear off losing

"Unreliable"

I have yet to receive my refund from when I sent back two charms two weeks ago and have email the company and haven't heard anything back. I tried ordering a charm and the first two time is the company did not confirm that the order had gone through and I waited a day and hadn't received any email tell that I had ordered it so then I went and tried a third to me and it finally went through. A week later I received three charm instead of one and this because Chamilia failed to notify me that I had ordered two charms already. I immediately sent back the two charms and I have not received my refund and it's been over two weeks!? I am really disappointed in the service they provide.

"Customer Service - non existent but Chamelia did recognise my concerns."

Hi there, I have given a 1 star rating because a star is required !! However, I do not believe customer service deserves this. I would give 0 stars if possible. I have ordered from the Chamelia site before and I have not experienced any problems. I ordered 2 clips and the jewellery stacker which due to the Xmas period, arrived late so was not an issue. The clips did not fit my Chamelia bracelet and the jewellery stacker did not have any means of holding together. When picked up, the stacker would disemble leaving charms insecure. Therefore, I wanted to return the items and emailed customer service for help. I had no reply and the phone number provided after a google search was described as 'unavailable'. I was unhappy with such a lack of customer after care. Thankfully, I paid for my goods by PayPal. This meant I could raise a dispute and I was refunded the full amount paid. I spoke to a PayPal advisor who said that a return address would have been Sweden and the customer care phone number was invalid. I will not be purchasing from Chamelia's retail site again. UPDATE - 9.2.2018. As a result of this review, Chamelia's customer services department emailed me asking for my phone number to 'discuss' my experience with me. I didn't wish to speak to them as I didn't think this would be of any benefit. However, consequently, on two occasions I asked for the return address for the goods received at no extra cost to myself. I wasn't given this. A week later, I was asked for my postal address so that 'the iconic hummingbird charm' could be sent to me by way of an apology for me to keep free of charge. I appreciated this gesture and the charm I received yesterday is beautiful. I am still wary of using Chamelia's online ordering site due to the lack of a customer services phone number and returns address. If this is rectified and made readily available then I'd feel reassured. Until this happens, if I order again from this company, I shall pay using PayPal or credit card as customer protection is available. I do wish to thank Chamelia for the hummingbird charm and seemingly recognising my concerns.

"Customer service is non existent I have …"

Customer service is non existent I have been trying to get a response via email and have spent over 30mins on hold over the phone. My package hasn't arrived and it's supposed to be a birthday present. If they had bothered to get In touch probably could have resolved the issue in time. Don't waste your money I would purchase stuff from pandora if I was you.

i have been in contact with chamilia as i had a compliant about there customer service number 00800 740 740 40 as this is the number on there web page yes i phoned,its says press 2 if you are calling from uk, and it then ask me to leave a message, there for it comes back and says i cant leave a message as 5757 cant respond back or contact you back ,so whats the point of this, so who do you deal with the complaint now, i have to deal with live chat only to be on there for about hour and 20mins now and still on to them now the customer lady was very nice and now to say there are no managers in at the weekend to deal with this, as i know she has done her best and its not her fault,so well done to who dealt with me, come on management of chamilia get your act together , look at all these reviews, you sell good jewelry so just correct your problems and you will be better companies , i still await reply

"Customer service is appalling update"

Ordered my mother a safety chain for a Christmas present, mother went to put it on her bracelet on Christmas Day and the safety chain clasps don’t even fit the braclett!
Ordered the bracelet and safety together!
I have sent 5 emails so far and nothing in respons what so ever !!
I’m so appalllled my mother is so upset that is doesn’t fit and that they haven’t even replied !!!

After Chamilia requesting my contact information to pass on to a customer service rep I still haven’t heard anything !
I think the service is absolutely disgusting!!
Not even any acknowledgment from my previous emails or the information I provided !!

I will be sending it back for a refund and emailing everyday for an update !!
I promise I will never ever be purchasing Chamilia products again!!

I am so annoyed ! How can a company of Chamilia’s standard have such appalling customer service !!!
After reading all the reviews I wonder how they are still in business nobody is happy with them at all.... I can’t blame them

Won’t be recommending Chamilia to anyone !
I will go back to spending my money with Pandora !! Such a shame as I loved Chamilia products !!

"Diabolical; Nearly 3 months to process a refund!"

I ordered two charms from Chamilia’s UK website on 06/10/2017 order ref. 228085114.

I returned one of these two charms as ‘unsuitable’ within the legal time limit & following Chamilia’s instructions on 19/10/2017. By 01/11/2017 I had still not received a refund or any communication so sent an email to customer relations, UK. I received a reply the same day to advise me to wait 3 weeks from date of return for a refund to be processed. This date passed & still nothing, so I emailed again on 14/11/2017 & I also opened a PayPal Dispute.

On 20/11/2017 I received an email to confirm that my refund would be processed and to allow a further 2-3 weeks! In the meantime, I also received a request from Chamilia to close my PayPal Dispute, which I did believing that the refund had been processed.

Today is the 02/01/2018 and I have only just received my refund!

The significant delay is both unacceptable and inexcusable. Had I not emailed, I doubt I would have received a refund at all & I imagine that many customers will have forgotten about refunds they were due, trusting that they had been processed.

I will not be shopping from their website again. Aside from that, the quality is poor for the price. A silver enamelled pumpkin charm I bought in store frequently turns yellow, unlike my silver beads from competitors. I can only guess that this bead is not solid silver as advertised but actually silver-plated.

The beads & the customer service can only be described as poor. I expect I’ll get a reply to this review, inviting me to contact (again). Well, I’ve given my order number here & detailed my complaint; if you care at all about customer service Chamilia then you have my contact details to offer an apology.

"I would love to put no stars!"

I would love to put no stars!! Disgusted with the quality of these charms that cost about £40-£50 or more each. Mine is less then a year old and most the jewels have fallen out, my daughter brought me a moana boat to go on it and it has snapped off! Nothing to show in a shop to get it replaced! May as well have flushed the money down the toilet. I've spent hundreds on my bracelet and charms!

"Received a sister charm and a crystal …"

Received a sister charm and a crystal charm for last xmas. The stones come out of the sister charm within days and tge crystal cgarm has about 80% of the stones missing. Can i replace it even after a year. Not sure where my sister brought them from

"Wish I could give 0 stars"

Wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered 3 items but received 2. Communication with the customer service has been disgusting. I was asked if I wanted a replacement eventually. I agreed, never heard back and it's been a week. I can't believe it has been so difficult to get what I paid for from a supposedly reputable company after it was their mistake in the first place. Very unhappy customer. I won't buy from them again.
