"Poor Rudolph!"
Had a Chamilia bracelet with one charm as part of my Christmas gift from my husband, and then received 5 new charms (some of which I chose myself) for my birthday in January.
I love my bracelet, but was really disappointed today, when I noticed that poor Rudolph has already lost the red from his nose! 😞 This won't stop me purchasing more charms, but I will be more careful about what I choose in future

"Bracelet and charms all look discoloured"
had a message back of chamillia stating not to wear near water in hot tubs etc because it will tarnish my daughter has worn the bracelet twice and because she is disabled she doesnt go in hot tubs or swimming because of the operation she had at the moment swimming not suitable so this cannot be the cause i said so dissapointed it looks really tacky i paid so much money for the bracelet the charms cost 200 without the bracelet on top of this they mention using silver polishing cloth shouldnt have to polish it she has worn it twice so shouldnt look tarnished

"Clasp not reliable"
I was given a Chamilia bracelet and charms (x3) for my birthday 22/2/17
The clasp is unreliable and keeps opening and falling off my wrist
I have written to Chamilia before and not had any form of communication
from them. The shop where i bought it said return it to them and they will exchange it. Do I trust the quality....I dont know. Has anyone else had this happen to them?
Disappointed!
So. rather strange. Since writing above and posting here. Both Chamilia and H Samuel have emailed me
I have been to local shop 14 miles away. Paid to park to have bracelet exchanged. Where assistant told me that her friend had s full bracelet of charms and the weight forces the lock to open.
So I'm pretty confident now ( NOT)
The exchanged Chamilia bracelet now locks and so far has not opened but the chain double lock I have bought doesn't clasp tightly. Oh don't worry said same shop assistant. That's fine. None of them click. They all look half undone. I'm thinking this might not be the best present I've ever had. Too scared to wear it. What a shame. It's so pretty

I had purchased two birthstone charms for each of my children. About a year later, some of the stones came loose or fell out. I contacted the company and the girls on the line were very sweet and informative. I gave my information and they sent me two new charms! Great customer service and great product backing! I now have a third child and won't think twice about purchasing the newest charm from them. I highly recommend this company. :-)

After posting a review on here regarding a faulty charm I was told to contact customer services and a very helpful lady Amelie arranged for me to send my faulty charm back and then sent me a replacement within a couple of days. Thank you for all your help

"Stones constantly fall out"
My husband brought me my bracelet for Christmas last year, since then I have had all the charms with stones replaced so many times to the point where I am now going to return the whole thing. They look beautiful but afraid I'm heading pandora as soon as it's all refunded! Chamilla if you'd like to comment on the poor quality perhaps you could reply to the email I sent you direct over a month ago! Thank god I purchased them from H Samuel as your customer service seems appalling.

"Horrible return and refund service"
I've been a loyal customer and bought a lot of charms from US based co. First time I returned several charms and it's been almost 3 weeks and haven't gotten my refund. It was returned with insured mail which required sugnature from recipient and confirmed it was delivered. I called customer service 5 days ago and it hasn't been process yet and said they're gonna send a message to return's department. Called again and said returned package hasn't been scanned yet and it will take another 2 weeks. They said it is processed in order it has been received, but it's been 3 weeks ago. I don't understand why it's taking this long. If
i haven't called it appears to be I won't ever get refunded. So beware.

Why oh why do chamilla have charms with the same name.
3 times I have ordered the white enamel disney anchors away charm. Twice from independent jewellers and my 3rd and last time direct from chamilla. Each time I have been sent the silver one. All returned now and funny enough only one I'm waiting to be refunded from is chamilla itself. Had to ring them , for them to send me a confirmation e-mail to say I will be refunded. No mention of why this white enamel charm is showing up on websites and is not available. An apology would of been nice.

"worst customer service"
So i ordered online about 3 weeks ago which they took the money twice out of my paypal after calling them for 2 days i got through they refunded me the second payment... its been 3 weeks i have not received my item in the mail i have tried calling the syd office for more then a week sent call back request emails and nothing i spend over $170 on charms and none have arrived! Im so angry and digusted i just want my money back but cant even get though to them!

"Very poor stone charms"
I had my bracelet on Valentines day 2016 and since have 12 charms. 3 of my jewel charms the stones have fallen out. I bought each one from H Samuels and thought I'd be different to the rest of my family who all have Pandora bracelets and charms. They have never had any problem with stones falling out. Last one I returned to H Samuels the shop assistant said I must be wearing it too much! I never wear it to bed or in the shower but I do wear it every day. I love it but won't be buying any further charms as I'm so disappointed with it.
