Am 27.09.19 Mietwagen über Check24 und Vermittler Vehicle Rent bei Orlando gemietet. Alles war soweit in Ordnung bis nachträglich meine Kreditkarte mit 227€ belastet wurden. Nach Nachfrage kam raus das Vehicle Rent nicht den Mietwagen bei Orlando bezahlt hat. Bis jetzt ist nach 3 Monaten keine Rückzahlung eingetroffen.
Unten das letzte Mail vom 17.12.2019

I hired a car in June last year, and returned it with a minor scratch on the bumper. As I had purchased their excess cover, I didn't complain about the seemingly high repair cost. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, I have not been refunded the €265 ( reduced after admin fees). This company is definitely a scam and should never be used.

Ich sitze im selben Boot und warte schon seit 02. August 2019 exl die 90 tage bearbeitungszeit, auf den Schadensersatz von 1220€! Der Schadenersatz wurde am 02 August genehmigt!! Es passierte in einem Sizilien Urlaub und die Summe bis dato nicht erhalten! Nach unzähligen hinhalte mails erhalten und zig erfolgslose Telefonate geführt, leider vergebens! Wurde niemanden raten mit dieser Brooker Firma geschäfte zu betreiben!
Nun hab ich den ganzen mailverkehr den Slovenischen Konsumentenschutz weitergeleitet...mal sehen was passiert!? Vehicle Rent/Car Target Group es ist beschämend wie Sie mit Kunden umgehen!!
Hoffe es wird Zeit es zu lernen...!!!!

Ich habe bereits von Slov.Marktaufsichtsbehörde rausgefunden, das all Ihre Geschäftskonten bereits seit Dez 19/ Jän 20 gesperrt sind..also Zahlungsunfähig!

Noch keine Insolvenz gemeldet!! Komisch das ganze..

I am in the same boat and have been waiting for the 90 days processing time since August 2nd, 2019, for the compensation of € 1220! The damages were approved on August 2nd !! It happened on a vacation in Sicily and the sum has not been received yet! After countless hesitations, I received mails and made numerous unsuccessful calls, unfortunately in vain! Wouldn't advise anyone to do business with this Brooker company!
Now I have forwarded all mail traffic to Slovenian consumer protection ... let's see what happens !? Vehicle Rent / Car Target Group it's shameful how you deal with customers !!


Ps weis jemand wo man sich als Geschädigter bis 15.06.20 da anmeldet..braucht man ein Anwalt..!?

ist bereits seit Oktober in Bearbeitung. Bei Nachfrage erhalte ich ich keine genaueren Informationen.

I booked a car with them and was charged for the immediately the amount of £185.33.
A few days before I was due to collect the car from Nice airport I received an email telling me "Due to cooperation between Vehicle Rent and rental company (Keddy/Europcar) we have changed the payment type of your reservation and at the time of your pick up you will be charged the amount of reservation which was originally paid to us" The day I arrived at the airport to collect the car, Europcar actually charged me £433. Since I was with a baby, I didn't want to spend anymore time so I paid the full amount. In summary I've been charged £185.33 by Vehicle rent for a service they never provided and I had to also pay Europcar £433 to get the car. I have been trying to contact Vehicle rent through email and phone for more than a month without any reply.
My advice is to avoid Vehicle Rent as they will not take responsibility and will ignore emails and calls. You'd be better off keeping away from this company entirely.
