Hvis du får en skade, så vil du aldrig modtage dine penge, selvom du er fuldt forsikret. Nu er det 180 dage siden, vi var ude at rejse og har endnu ikke modtaget nogle penge retur. Tilmed skal du bruge en masse tid på at skrive til dem, og hver gang får du svaret (hvis de svare) at de arbejder på sagen. Selvom du måske kan spare nogle få hundrede kroner, så kommer det til at koste dig i den sidste ende - både flere penge og en MASSE tid. Så vælg et andet selskab!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I booked a car in September for 21/12/19 and was charged for the complete booking .
Then 10 days before I was due to collect the car from Grenoble airport (11/12) I received an email telling me "Due to cooperation between Vehicle Rent and rental company we have changed the payment type of your reservation and at the time of your pick up you will be charged the amount of reservation which was originally paid to us" I phoned and emailed, requesting a refund and expressing my concerns at this. They reassured me that I would be refunded after the rental was complete. The rental ended on 28 December. I forwarded the required paperwork to them and called them. I have today received an email stating it could take up to 90 days to receive my money back, in spite of them having all the information. They have now had my money for 4 months, and no sign of it being returned. I am contacting Keddy (Europcar) directly to inform them of my problem, and am taking advice on other courses of action.
Do yourself a favour and use a different company.

Never ever rent a car at Vehicle Rent (subsidiary of Car Target Group) from Slovenia. They offer fraudulent services and do not pay out approved insurance claims. I took out their Full Excess Insurance. The local car rental company claimed there was damage so after paying it I made a claim to Vehicle Rent to get it back, as it was covered by their insurance. The claim was approved fast but it has been almost 5 months and they still haven't paid. They stopped replying to my emails and calling their general support line is useless as the only thing they tell you there is that they are not responsible for claims and that the department that is responsible cannot be reached by phone. One big scam. Be careful.

Professione buffoni e vi spiego il perché . Maggio 2019 ho affittato tramenti skyscanner ad un prezzo vantaggioso un auto in Polonia .Nel noleggio avevo previsto anche la copertura assicurativa in casa di addebito di franchigia . Alla consegna della auto mi è stata addebitata per un piccolo graffio una franchigia di 332€ che la vehicle a distanza di un anno ancora non mi ha rimborsato . Vi consiglio vivamente di evitare tutti i rent car che non prevedono assicurazione axa, questo equivale per questi balordi e ,per gli altri buffoni i del settore ,che hanno la sede a Lubiana e non hanno un sede in Italia ,.

NEFASTO! ni se os ocurra contratar con ellos NINGÚN SEGURO, NOS OS LO VAN A PAGAR, es tirar dinero a la basura, en junio me dijeron que estaba todo ok y procederían al reembolso en un máximo de 90 días, y 7 meses después sigo esperando, no contestan a los emails, no pagan, UN TIMO

fraud company. 100 combined complaints and reminders. Ignores and does not respond to any messages. It promises to beautify, but for more than half a year it has not made 860 pounds. And every time when i asking the phone number whos response by that they say couse this departament dont have phones... Office dont have phones? Sounds like a lie to me... DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYTHING

I have rented a car via Vehicle Car in June and I bought Relax Package. I had to claim the money,my claim has been approved by them.
I've been told that claim could take up to 90 days but its been 7 months and I still didn't receive my money!!!!!!!!!!!
They sent me a email saing they very busy( that was few months ago) but now they don't even reply to me or talk over the phone.
I have reported this company to European Consumer Union, I'm taking futher action with them.
I WOULD DEFINITELY AVOID VEHICLE CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Please report your complaint with the Vehicle Rent to the European Consumer Centre - can’t post their webpage but if you Google it will come up. They are based in Basildon, Essex.

It might be a long process but I’m furious with this company who keep fobbing me off with the same email, Twitter and phone replies that my refund is being processed (since last July!).

Avoid at all costs please!

"I hired a car through vehicle rent AVOID."

I hired a car through vehicle rent paid extra to cover the access unfortunately I had a minor accident resulting in paying a large access but was told by Abby car in Corfu that I could claim it back.
However you can claim back the damage which was about 200 euros but they load admin charges which you can’t get back a bit of a con.
It gets WORSE after filling in all the claim forms and emailing vehicle rent 20/30 times over the last 7 months I still haven’t had any refund.
Disgraceful service they will take your money for the excess insurance but won’t pay out.
I would recommend hire a car through a national company who underwrites any accidents with somebody like Lloyd’s of London you may pay a little extra but you get the piece of mind.

One of the main features of using this company is that of value for money. I have used a company about three times now and have never had an issue. Staff are polite, on the last occasion there was no waiting at all, and the vehicles I have been allocated. Have always met and Occasionally exceeded my expectations. I will certainly use Green motion again
