took the extra excess insurance, and when the rental company (Addcar) charged me, vehicle rent promised to refund the excess, six months now, many emails and phone calls but nothing happens. What is frustrating they have no UK office, their registered office is in Slovenia and you have no way in complaining or calling their office. WASTE OF MONEY AVOID AT ALL COST

I’ve used them 7+ times ( in ireland) and all experiences have been great - easy , cheap & fast - the only issue I’ve ever had is that I like the small cars so that’s what I book, but, sometimes I get something ‘better’ .. which means ‘bigger’ which I don’t want ...in their credit, there was one time when I had problem with car ( I rubbed against parked veichle & damaged car door slightly) I had the extra cover with them and there was no problem with my claim ( although at this time I’m still waiting - I’ve been told the claim is approved but could take 90 days for reimbursement of the charges & still in 90 day period)

"Dishonest scam company"

We were forced into paying for full excess reduction. The associates would not give us the car without it despite that our booking confirmation was with 250£ excess. The booking therefore cost far more than the booking confirmation stated.

I rented a Toyota Yaris in Bangkok, Thailand for 2 months and the experience of booking the vehicle via Vehicle-Rent was awesome.

The car was provided by Hertz and the condition of the vehicle remained great for the entirety of 2 months.
