"Great Quality, Fits well, Looks Good.......... Dogs Boll$cks"

Just recieved the plain mens basic Tshirts. If I could describe them in two words it would be 'DOGS BOLL$CKS'. Absolute top quality, fits well, feels nice and looks good. Very fair price considering, therefore I'm 100% reordering.

"The dresses did not fit"

The dresses did not fit, the sleeves where too tight, the measurements we took time to get and send was not used evidently.

Getting a refund was a battle. They stopped responding to my request for a full refund, PayPal is helping me now.

Absolutely shocking! I made a purchase of over £100, I paid using paypal and the money had left my bank account yet the website was saying my order is incomplete because they haven't received my payment! So I try looking for a number to call but there isn't one...only email! Automated email at that!! So they are trying to blame paypal saying the payment is pending and hasn't being sent! So I ring paypal for them to tell me my payment has being taken by urban celebrity and arent sure as to why they haven't sent my items! So I send urban celebrity my PayPal receipt for proof of payment and they are still telling my they haven't recieved any money! So PayPal are having to file against them and give them chance to send my clothes or they are taking it further! So I'm having to wait to hear what is going on! Absolute joke! Will never order from here again!

After reading some negative reviews, I almost didn’t go ahead with my purchase. However, I’m extremely glad I changed my mind. Postage was fast and the quality of my order is fantastic. Good value and I will certainly use again!

Ordered off this company Monday afternoon, having paid 48 hour delivery. Sent an email only to be told I cannot speed up the delivery process unless I paid for next day delivery.
Has now been 7 days and had no word of where my parcel is or when I should be expecting it.

POOR service and won’t be using again.

"Shambles, Shocking, Laughable!"

Poor Service!
Ordered Monday night, on 48hr deliver service.
Tuesday was expecting my parcel to be "dispatched". Nothing.
Emailed Wednesday to be told it will be dispatched, when it's dispatched. I asked about the dispatch timeframe only for the customer service team to continually quote the delivery times. Seems they have no concept of dispatch times, nor do they understand the difference between the two. It's now Thursday, I've received a "dispatch confirmation" but the Royal Mail tracking is showing yet to receive my parcel. It's now taken over 48hrs to even dispatch the goods let alone receive them!! (that is well below average for online retailers)

I've asked to cancel the order, during my email exchanges, to be told it was already being processed by the warehouse, therefore customer service has no method to cancel the order. I then asked if I would be expected to pay a returns fee, which customer services kindly just referred me to their returns webpage.

Unprofessional, appalling customer service and shocking procedures. Although customer services were very apologetic, I could only laugh at the shambles which unfold in front of me.
