A week after ordering and no delivery. Requested a refund which was given however no apology or reason for the inability to complete a simple transaction.

After chasing my overdue order last week, chased again today & just received an out of "out of stock refund given" email, the customer service is not existent & if you do actually want to receive any goods I would definitely think carefully before using this company, especially for Christmas gifts, if I had'nt chased my order would they have ever refunded or let me know, I very much doubt it...

I cant rate urban celeb enough ive ordered many of times and have never had a problem always on time and always perfectly packaged. Items fit well and are great quality . Ive been shopping here for over a year now and ive never had a problem.

Placed order for a new winter coat at 6:15pm on Thursday (paying just short of £6.00 for guaranteed next day shipping if ordered before 9pm) and received the order by 12pm the following day.

Had I noticed these poor reviews before placing the order I wouldn’t have touched this business which is a great shame now knowing the first experience I have had with them. Impeccable service.
