I won 3 heated throws, unfortunately 2 are faulty. They were been pat tested yet they do not work. 1 is actually a return and had a note inside the package saying it is faulty.

Just found out to my cost that they hide behind legal jargon to justify selling dangerous items. Opened the box to only cut my hand on faulty saucepans that should never be sold at any price.
Be real careful if you’re tempted to bid on anything as it may cost you more than just cash. I won’t trust them again.

Made a bid off £40 on some quilts watching the items on site counting down till end when ended it came up item finished and my bid of £18 had won, no other bids so no extra 3 mins came up to counter bid, went onto my account page to check i had won only to find out I was out bid on the last second by bid of £41 so what happend to the 3 minute rule, what a scam anyone else had this problem....

Es la primera vez que compro con ellos, un pc de "montaje propio", lo enciendo la primera vez y configuro el sistema operativo, lo apago y me voy a cenar, a lo que vuelvo a encenderlo ya no funciona, se queda en un bucle de querer arrancar y no conseguirlo. Ahora a ver que me cuentan, sino tendré que ir a consumidores del Gobierno de Aragón a interponer denuncia.

recently won a lot from one of these auctions, 2 new microwave ovens of good quality, however one was missing turntable etc whilst the other lit up but microwave function did not work, the door was ill fitting and if it had worked would have been very dangerous re leaks. The last fault would not have been detectable even if viewed and inspected at auction depot. Surely a large multimillion pound company like John Pye should take responsibility for what they sell by ensuring items meet a minimum safety requirement. Their attitude when I contacted them was that I should have properly viewed the item before sale and shrugged off any responsibility. Its all about money for them and forget customer satisfaction and safety. Do they even check that the boxes are not full of zombie knives or firearms, dont think so. These companies should be regulated more diligently

We recently ordered half a dozen lots for delivery and i had a slight mix up with one item-understandable in the pre Christmas rush. The service received to resolve the issue was absolutely immaculate. Not only was it rectified for me, i also had a phonecall to confirm so and extra effort was made to have delivery before Christmas. We have used John Pye for the last 10 years, for items from furniture and bathroom suites to worktops and toys, and have always been happy-but today’s service takes some beating.
