"Our last purchase of HP products"
We have quite a few HP products - laptops and printers - and had been happy customers, but recent purchases will prompt us to look elsewhere for technology in future.
The build quality of the laptops has decreased. Their performance is not on a par with our older laptops.
I purchased a HP laptop (HP - 14-bp059sa 14" Laptop - Jet Black) on 28th August for my Mum's 90th birthday. She received it on 15th September and used it a handful of times. By 7th October it had already malfunctioned. The error suggested that the hard disk was defective.
Currys insisted on a repair and so it was sent to TeamKnowHow who apparently can't source replacement parts for a HP laptop. My 90 year old mother is still waiting for the return of her laptop.
My daughter received a HP Stream for her birthday - very slow...

"Highly UN-trustworthy"
Highly UN-trustworthy, they claim to have a product in stock but they never do, they claim to deliver in 5 days but they don't even accept the order in five days.
They cancelled my order despite payment clearance and customer service had this to say, "our accounts team can be funny sometime". The cancelled my order and held the refund for more than a week.
In-short, I wasted my time and money just so HP would have my card details and nothing else.

"Voor mij geen HP store meer."
Op 24 augustus een USB-C hub besteld bij HP store en zou 5 september geleverd worden.
Op 16 september nog niks ontvangen en daarom maar een mailtje gestuurd, daar kreeg ik geen antwoord op. Vervolgens 21 september nog maar een mailtje getuurd hier heb ik ook nog steeds geen reactie op gekregen.
Daarom heb ik maar besloten om te gaan bellen op 25 september. Ik kreeg toen een mevrouw aan de telefoon die zei dat de bestelling op vrijdag of zaterdag geleverd zal worden.
Het is ondertussen dinsdag en heb nog steeds niks ontvangen. Dus besloten om er nog maar eens heen te bellen. Nadat ik bijna 1,5 uur in de wacht heb gestaan, werd de telefoon zomaar opgehangen.
Dit was de eerste en laatste keer dat ik wat bestel bij HP! Wat een waardeloos flut bedrijf!
Ik wacht nog steeds op mijn bestelling..

"HP nooit meer"
Klantenservice kent HP niet. Beschikbaarheid van ma-vr 8:30-18:00. Geen passende oplossingen voor problemen met laptop. Nu na 6 maanden al 2 maal hetzelfde overhitting probleem met mijn laptop.
Voor 792 Euro verwachtte ik een veel beter product en service....

"Disgusted and very angry"
Disgusted and very angry, i bought my very first hp laptop for business,2015 i paid 600.00 for it from walmart, i had no idea that this laptop put me through hell. The company is very bad. I had to send my laptop away after 8 months.it took the hp people 2 months to fix it. After that 2016 it went out on me again. I call hp customer service, they want me to pay all kind of money to repair it. I refused. To make a long story short please dont buy any laptop from hp i almost had a heart attack i was so angry my blood pressure shot up to 180 over 100 i lost so much money for not having my laptop any more. I had to buy a smart cell phone to run my business now. I hate hp with a passion.

"HP: na 3 maanden nog steeds geen werkende laptop!"
Februari 2017 2 identieke laptops ((Envy) gekocht direct bij HP, 1 werkt prima de andere is vanaf dag 1 problematisch. Eerst wordt Win10 nietcorrect geinstalleerd, daarna valt de netwerkverbinding er steeds na 5 tot 20 minuten er uit en moet de verbinding via probleemoplosser weer hersteld worden. Dus contact gezocht met de HP helpdesk
Nu 16 juni, ruim 3 maanden later nog geen oplossing, na uren besteedt te hebben aan de telefoon, komen ze nu voor de derde keer met dezelfde oplossing. Nu ik dit weiger omdat het al twee keer eerder niet werkte geeft klantenservice aan dat ik dan ook geen recht meer heb op vervanging van de laptop of verdere reparatie.

"Worst customer service ever"
Ordered a laptop of more than 1000 euro's, after 15 days (10 days after the expected delivery date) they emailed me that they can't deliver and if I accepted a laptop with "the same specifications", after looking carefully I found out the specifications weren't the same whatsoever and that the graphicscard was approximately 35% worse. The only other option the service desk offered me was to pay another 400 euros to get a slightly better laptop. After I declined they cancelled my order without my consent.
17 days 1000euros, 26 emails and 6 phonecalls later and I still don't have a laptop or my money.
I have filed a formal complaint at the relative Dutch government agency (ACM)

"Sempre peggio oggi ho portato alla …"
Sempre peggio oggi ho portato alla discarica due Office jet Pro 8600 Plus e una 8500 che i firmware che HP installa automaticamente e periodicamente per verificare che si usino cartucce originali HP che costano 8 volte di più delle compatibili.
Praticamente tutte e 3 le stampanti hanno dato l'errore di problemi stampa o testine, quindi o Hp blocca le stampanti rendendole inutilizzabili anche come fax che come scanner oppure sono veramente di qualità molto scadente. Sono stato sempre un portabandiera HP ho 3 pc, 5 stampanti (3 ormai morte) ma ora so che HP è un prodotto usa e getta con servizio clienti in Albania che non sa neppure cosa vende HP.

"Worst internet shopping experience ever/Slechtste internet ervaring ooit"
I'm so sorry I did not check this website before I placed my order. I have never had such a bad service. HP does not respond to email and is almost impossible to reach by phone. And when you finally get a reply they continue making the same mistake. I'm still waiting for my package after 2 wrong deliveries. In fact the delivery never made it because the zipcode was wrong and they fail to correct it, even with all address details the minute after the order was placed were corrected.
Bestel niet via HP maar bij één van hun dealers zoals MediaMarkt of BCC. Hier heb ik prima ervaringen. Ben helaas gezwicht voor de 10% lente korting van HP. Is zich tot een ware klucht aan het ontwikkelen met alle frustraties van dien.
