I have an 11 min ride to work and the bike won't make it . Apparently Jessica says H stands for Hot and when the bike flashes hot I should stop and wait 30 min . Id get there faster walking. I don't want the bike ,don't like the bike but they wanna pay me to keep it . And delete my review which isn't gonna happen as long as I'm loosing money for their crappy bike. Not happy

I have had a wonderful experience. This company stands behind there product. Response time is quick. This is my second big purchase from them.

The bike itself is very handy portable and easy to carry. Very confusing but willing to work with you. I have gone back and forth with them on email due to some missing items and it seems as though they will resolve it.

I bought the M10 bike 2 weeks ago to learn it didn’t have long lasting battery life, the wheels are not even solid!

But the worst part, is that I’ve been trying to return it and they won’t cooperate.
They even tried to bribe me saying they’ll give me $50 so I can sell the bike and won’t have the "Hassle" of returning it!

BIG SCAM

"Great Scooter at an even better price!"

I ordered the S10 Plus. The scooter is amazing, the features are well thought out and it looks quite stylish and decent at the same time. However, it makes a weird in the first few rides, probably the brake pads. That sound for me is yet to go away, hope it does soon. It is pretty rapid though, acceleration is quite amazing (except uphill). Customer service calls aren't as effective as the mails. The different speed modes do really help in going past different types of crowds. I have compared prices with other brands providing similar features, but I can definitely say that this is at least $100-$150 cheaper than those. I hope it doesn't compromise on the longevity! Would recommend!

Trotinette ne s'allumait pas des la réception.
Videos et photos pour preuve comme demandé par le support.
Après presque 1 mois de palabre avec des propositions inacceptable j'ai reussi a la renvoyer.
Je viens de recevoir un mail du support pour un remboursement à 70% car la trotinette a ete utilisé selon eux, ce qui est faux car elle n'a jamais démarrée donc jamais roulé...
Les photos et vidéos le prouvent car ils en ont demandés plusieurs.
Sinon ils proposent une 2eme option comme ils ont réussi à la réparer, de nous la renvoyer avec 62 euros supplémentaires.
MENTEUR et VOLEUR
J'ai demandé le remboursement integral et j'attends encore un peu avant de partir en justice.

"Low quality battery"

I've been using it along 5 months. I was expecting a better performance since the beginning. I am a 85 kg men who rides it almost every single day for around 17 km. The battery started to drain out quickly. I used to do the round trip having 60% of battery at the end of the day. Now, I pray to get home and the battery is almost drained (5-10%).
