"Stellar product (V10) and Stellar customer service"
Absolute stellar customer service. The Isinwheel V10 skateboard is AMAZING! At half the price of its rivals and much better imo. I know I have riden them all. I wanted to wait until I had at least 30 miles worth of riding in. I now have 60 and KNOW that I am good for another 60 without question. Belts dont even show any wear. Lights were not very good but they replaced them very easily. Thanks ISINWHEEL!!!! I will repeat as a customer!

Customer service is non existent, if you have any problems with your order — oh well, too bad so sad, I guess, because there is literally no way to get through to them. I would not order from their website.
First of all the website is very predatory. When I registered on it using my google account it automatically filled my info INCLUDING my credit card. I did not give the website my permission to do so and this never happened with any other websites. This led to another problem: When the website autofilled my info I did not notice it (because obviously I didn’t know that it autofilled my default address and when you press on your cart it takes you to the “continue” button, past the address field) and did not notice that it used my OLD address. Clicked “continue” thinking that I’ll input the address on the next page and got the notification that the order was made. Very predatory. No button to cancel the order. Called the customer support and they never responded, emailed them asking to change the address and they only responded 3 days later saying “Call fedex for it”. I DID called fedex and they say the seller put the restrictions and only they can change the address. So my expensive scooter is heading to someone else’s house right now. Tried calling them again but they never pick ip the phone, one beep later it says “Sorry we can’t accept your call”. Avoid them at all cost!

I have booked on sep 20, and still not received my e bike. Everytime I call it says out of stock. Charged me for the e bike. Asking them when will i received, they say no idea. Ask for refund will take 6-7 business day. So frustrated with this company. Would not even give one star for this. Heard good reviews about isinwheel. But really bad with what's going on with my order. No proper costumer service, who could help with my order. Taking it to lightly. Sending them email, but no proper response. Thanks isinwheel.

Isinwheel deleted my review on their website so here you go. For that, I knock off another star.
Buying and unpacking:
Shows that it come with 3 "free gifts"- a soft case, lock, 2 year warranty. Only received the case. The packing was terrible. Both scooters were spilling out of their packages and very little security within. The grip board paper was peeling up on both decks. We've already replaced those with paper grips that have much stronger adhesive. Lastly, one had paint dings and touch up paint applied. Hmmm? Not a great first impression.
Performance:
These are our first escooters, but have experience with Limes, so little to compare to. Ride isn't as smooth as Lime, but tires seem sturdier (knobby tires). Also jerk upon acceleration, but settles into cruise mode. Throttle is quite sensitive. Turning could be smoother. Also, within 20 miles we have both experienced issues- error codes and lack of acceleration when appropriate. They seem to have self-corrected with reboots.
Electrical stuff:
The instrument panel to power on and toggle modes should really be illuminated. Still can't figure out what the "M" is for. Not intuitive. I will need to check out the owner's manual. Time will tell if the electrical components hold up and if isinwheel provides customer service when issues arise.
Recommendation:
I know I aired the grievances, but I would still recommend this scooter... so far. For the price of one top-of-the-line brand with similar features, you get two isinwheel GT2 scooters. I figure they're not going to last very long anyway, and it's a decent entry make/model. Overall, I am satisfied with our purchase... so far.

They advertise the scooter as being $1200 which I later learned was sold everywhere for $399. When I tried to return the scooter, they try to get me to pay the return fee and a restocking fee after eight days of going back-and-forth, 10 days of lost time, and $80 in Ubers. I still have the scooter and they won’t take it back, unless I pay all of these fees which will amount to basically losing for

"I bought the Isinwhell GT2 800w OFF…"
I bought the Isinwhell GT2 800w OFF ROAD model in February 2024. I also bought the extended warranty from the company EXTEND for 3 years. In April 2024, we had a problem with a failure in the dashboard and the scooter stopped working. After disconnecting the cables, it started working again, but with a fault in the accelerator. The accelerator keeps getting stuck at maximum speed and does not return. I contacted the seller, but to this day the case has not been resolved. In June, the blue LED lights on the footrest stopped working. I requested a repair and the seller only sent the lights so that I could do the repair myself. The accelerator problem has not been resolved to this day. I sent several emails and they have not responded to my request. I contacted EXTEND and they said that they can only give me a warranty after 1 year of using the product.

I had the v8 board for two weeks and it so t hold a charge for more than 5 minutes. They never pick up their phone and are slow to respond to email. I’m asking for a replacement and they are stalling. They want me to help diagnose the problem. I do t have equipment to do this nor is it my responsibility.
Do not buy anything from this company.
