I read a lot of bad reviews about items not arriving and bad service but decided to bite the bullet as the sale price was amazing and paying by PayPal you can get refunds easily.
Online was easy to use, the watch was even sized for my son’s wrist! And it turned up in two days, which with Black Friday, which I can only imagine is a busy period, was very quick.
It is very well packaged, and my son will be so happy ☺️ will definitely use again!

Terrible customer service. Paid for an item more than a month ago and still not received. I asked for the refund as the item was supposed to be a gift. After 2 weeks of asking for the refund, still no confirmation of it. They are dishonest and terrible customer service.
