I cant fault Sellors, other than, when I rung for an update on my watch, I was informed they had received it back from Italy over a week previously but neglected to tell me, which was a little odd.
My issue is with U-Boat, for whom CW Sellors are agents. The battery of my particular model of U-Boat watch can only be replaced by the manufacturer back in Italy. This isnt a problem in itself, but It takes 3 months and costs £135 each time, which according to other owners I've spoken to can be annual, as the batteries arent great. So my watch could be away for 3 months each year.
Not ideal.

I recently purchased a luxury watch from the Chesterfield branch, to say they ere patient with me is an understatement, they went above and beyond what i would call excellent customer services, I then decided to purchase another watch using their online service, after a bit of reflection i decided that I was premature and a bit hasty given it had only been a few weeks since my last purchase, I explained this to Harriet who despite losing a sale put no pressure on me and cancelled the sale, I will definitely be purchasing another watch but will wait until the new year.

Just an awful experience. I could not even purchase a watch from this dealer because their service and response times are absolutely unacceptable. Just avoid them. If someone does not care about new business, then one should not bring their business to them.

Very good company I made a mistake buying something and they rectified the problem ASAP so I cud get the item

They refused to refund for some earrings which ok they said under the terms and conditions etc. However I returned another item which they received back on the 8th November and it was only when I rang on the 22nd that they actually made the refund after a number of emails to them.
