Ordered a Tissot watch online, received email saying it will be sent in 2 days, when there was no communication after a week i contacting the very polite sales team they said they were having difficulty with supplies from the manufacturer, but will let me know. After another two weeks with no communication i cancelled the order as they did not know when it would be in stock, I ordered the same watch from John Lewis and it came the next day. Today i am pleased and thankful to say i received a full refund but it has taken 43 days and CWSellors have wasted alot of my time.

Purchased a watch for my wife asked them to adjust the strap which they did all good so far.
Watch arrived and my wife open the parcel and tried the watch on. Unfortunately she did not like it so we parched the watch up and sent it straight back via Royal Mail tracked postage.

Sellors told us the watch had been worn and not it the same condition as when it was sent out and would not give a refund.

The watch was out of the box for less than 20 minutes

I will never use Sellors or any of their companies again. If you use this company take your own pictures of the item when it arrives and when and if you send it back.
