Bought a Tag from Cw sellors, this is the 2nd watch I've bought from them.
They engraved it for me and kept me well informed at all stages. Harriet in particular looked after us .

I hardly write reviews but this customer service was disappointing. I asked for a refund since they had told me the item was out of stock in online chat but they disconnected without trying to resolve anything (on the website it does not say anything about out of stock). I will get my refund no matter the circumstances while I write this 1 star review. I would have given 5 stars if they kindly gave me a refund without any hassle.

Multiple buys from cw sellors and always been a great and easy experience ordered 2.30pm recd 10am next day always great discounts never had any issues and wouldn't go anywhere else.

The ring is a lovely design and I really would love it ...there is one flaw though. I have tried ringing the shop to explain but my local is now closed so I need to know about exchanges ...as mine has this flaw .

I started to worry that the company were not legit. I paid and had not received my items ordered 6 months ago (May 24). I was told the items would be ordered in (not in stock) but no warning it would be a 6 months wait!

However, the items did arrive today perfectly packaged. I got them for what I believe a good price. Free luxury jewellery travel box as well.

Staff polite on phone calls. Where the company fails is that different staff would say different things when I chased the order status, so order updates where my items were were frustratingly inaccurate.

If you don’t mind waiting months and months do rest assured the items will come, from my experience anyway.
