Ordered a watch in Sept (it's now 20th Nov). No one ever called or emailed me to update me on the status of the order, I was always forced to call them (despite them promising to keep me updated!). Every time I called, which must have been around 5-6 times, I was always told "oh yes, the watch will be with us next week, so it'll be with you the week after" or someone else would say "we're not sure when the watch will arrive". They were happy to list the watch on their website and take my money though...

I have used this company 5 or 6 times, the end of July this year I bought a £270 bracelet for my wife for her birthday it was only worn 5 times with care. We had to return it for repair 12th September it took me 3 weeks before they acknowledged they had received it, they refused to repair or refund it we had no option ( other then legal action) to pay £60 for a repair. We are going into week 10 no bracelet, no communication from them customer service is a joke, be prepared to be disappointed
