"Smood are absolutely atrocious"

Smood are awful. And they are getting worse and worse. Every time you order, even if you order hours in advance, the food arrives very very very late and very very very cold. If you complain they give you a token amount back in your smood wallet. This particular time, the driver arrived over an hour late (and 2 hours after I'd been notified by email that the food was ready) and managed to spill to the two main courses over the floor in front of our building. We were left with rice and cold, completely inedible starters containing seafood, which meant we had to get food from somewhere else at 10pm on a Sunday! Their response was first to just refund us the cost of the two spilt dishes to our Smood wallet. Having complained they will refund those dishes to our bank account but it's not good enough. Never ever ever ordering from them again, they are DIRE.

I regret wasting so much money on such a terrible service. Always late, regularly forget items and absolutely took ages to get a refund. I’ve never deleted my account so fast and will never use them again.

"Je suis client smood depuis le début de…"

Je suis client smood depuis le début de l'aventure et je commendais très régulièrement. Je vous avoue que j'ai remarqué une baisse dans la qualité des livraisons. Les livreurs arrivent souvent en retard, à la mauvaise adresse ou même parfois laisse le repas devant la (mauvaise) porte.
