"They are the worst"

They are the worst, I want to cancel my flights to Vietnam cause of covid 19 but they want to charge me 300 per each ticket. Last year I had to cancel one to Vietnam and they charged me 200 suddenly now it’s 300! They’re from India and very unprofessional! Stay away from them!!!

"I have used Vayama multiple times."

I have booked with Vayama in the past and it was fine, but there was no global pandemic ruining lives. As a university student who loves to travel, I can't pass up a good deal, so we booked a celebratory graduation trip to Hungary for a couple of weeks. We decided it would be best to begin the cancelation process toward the end of March amid all of the shutdowns, though it was before many countries had decided to close borders. As of now, my flight was scheduled for tomorrow and has been completely canceled for weeks, though Vayama has done absolutely nothing to contact me about the flight cancelations or other steps that can be taken. Honestly, I would be very open to rescheduling the trip as well, but there has been zero contact from them so what am I to do?? This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I bought insurance for airline that apparently does not honour cancellations. They moved my flight to a different date without permission. Their phone line is unplugged. Never again.

"Return flight"

Hi anybody booked a flight via the following agent called Vayama ??. My return flight on April 26th with Philippine airlines Davao-Manila-London was cancelled,I was emailed by both the agent and PAL they said in the present situation free date change or travel fund. I sent emails to the agent requesting June flight,they have not replied to any of my emails so I contacted PAL and they will said only changes can be made via the agent. Tonight I went back onto the agents website and clicked on manage my booking put in the booking ref numbers and all I got back was no booking. Has anyone else had dealing with this agent Vayama and not responding to emails ???? I’m now stuck in philippines 🥵🥵🥵

my filght waz cancelled on march 15 due to covid n vayama send me mail that the flight is cancelled and they will send the refund when airlines will process the refund meanwhile they say do not contact them coz its pandemic n everybody flight is cancelled only they ll process when its done but how long????....Its may 6 still haven't got my money back nor even mail informing me when I will get my money back.....this is so disgusting how could they hold our money for 2 months...my credit card is charging me interest fee evry month....they do not repsond when we call them also.....how unprofessional is that???we all understand the situation but they r holding money like it will nevr return.....plzz dnt buy tickets from vayama....u will regret

"No responden y ni se hacen responsable por pasajeros parados en Alemania"

Tengo 4 pasajeros parados en Alemania sin poder regresar a Chile y Vayama no se hace responsable. Vayama dice que ellos devolverán el dinero una vez que la línea aerea le restituye el valor de los pasajes y que eso puede demorar 3 meses. No dan más alternativas y no responden a las consultas.
