They didn’t contact me about my flight or how I will get my refund if there was no flight available. Worst ever. Other airline contacted me and we discussed how I will get my refund. They didn’t!!!!

"Really unprofessional and careless behavior"
Hallo ! I made a reservation through this site for 2 airline tickets with MEA AIRLINES ATH-DOHA-ATH
I paid them through PayPal and rheu sent me the tickets . Finally due to coronovirus the flight was cancelled . I was informed directly through the MEA AIRLINES where they sent me an announcement that my flight was cancelled. I tried to contact vayama.com about the possibility of a refund or a voucher. Believe me I have sent them more than 5 messages through their website but I received no reply and I can contacted them through phone more than 100 times but nobody answers the phone . They just have a voice machine telling them that employees are working by their home and to send them a message . Afterwards I tried Di Contact MEA AIRLINES . I found the representative and they told me that since I have made the reservation through vayama.com I should contact them and ask for a refund or a voucher . In other words vayama has to contact mea airlines to ask for a refund , mea will send the refund to vayama and afterwards vayama to me ! The point is that their behavior is really unprofessional and nobody has been found ! Therefore I just made a dispute since almost two months have passed and I have received no answer !
Really bad experience ! I will never never cooperate with them again

"Vayama will not return any email…"
Vayama will not return any email messages over the last 7 weeks. We have two ticket (totalling $1000) that they will not refund, despite the airlines confirming to me that the flights were cancelled and full refunds due.
They have turned off their telephone lines and are impossible to contact.

"Complete scammer"
Stay away from Vayama. I booked a flight from them, it got cancelled due to covid-19. They keep ignoring my email and phone calls they never give me the refund. They just stole my money. No worth buying ticket from them.

Pretty much in the same boat as most of the people bothered to write a review. Cancelled a flight in December, was issued a refund and waited for the money to hit my account ever since. The last email I got from them was them passing the ball to my bank, telling me that basically, it's my bank that depends on my bank on when I'll receive my money. It just happens that I got all the other refunds in a matter of days; it's only their refund I am not getting.... hmmm!

I purchased a ticket through Vayama.com and I world caution against that. I pray they go bankrupt in the current environment so other travelers will not have to endure the abuse and disregard that they dealt to me. When I tried to cancel within 24 hours due to an unexpected to physical injury that prevented my travel, the representative laughed at me. She explained that I would still be responsible in hundreds of dollars of change fees, and despite agreeing to that awful deal. the company ended up charging me the full price of my ticket.

After 3/26, I contacted Skyscanner, the website where I found Vayama. The customer service at Skyscanner had been super helpful. They contacted Vayama on my behalf. In a few days, Vayama emailed me and confirmed that they would contact the airline to facilitate the refund. I finally received the refund couple days ago. I now give Vayama 2 stars instead of 1 because they did process my refund. But honestly, if it's not because of Skyscanner, I wouldn't be getting any attention from Vayama. I also won't be a Vayama returning customer. I am only grateful for Skyscanner's excellent customer service.

"Paid for seat allocations for long haul…"
Paid for seat allocations for long haul flights. Airline had no record so got put in the back of the plane in center seats.But the money for the seats came out of my account directly to Vayama. That won't give me a refund. Scammers.
