"Bad experience in contact"
Bad experience. I asked for cancellation quote and called Vayama for few times, and no response at all. I tried to contact airline directly, it asked me to contact the agent. Airline also posted that all international flights are suspended now. But the email that I received from airline was re-routed, I'm so confused and no way to find out what correct info is.
Don't use this agent. It's very frustrated.

"Had to cancel my trip"
Had to cancel my trip, because the corona virus caused the wedding we were going to to be cancelled. After two weeks of waiting, I have heard nothing back, gotten no emails for confirmation, did not hear back from customer service about my separate inquiry to check up on the cancellation. No money back, not to mention very few emails up front before I even tried to cancel this trip. There was issue with the payment going through, and no confirmation when it did finally go through. It just showed up on my bank statement. Seriously, this stuff isn't automatic?

This is by ar the worst travel site I have ever used. I have sent 3 cancellation emails. None have been answered. My trip has to be cancelled due to the Corona virus and we can't travel to Europe from the USA. Which was mandated by the Federal government. They keep sending emails about what my family can do on our trip. They refuse to let me cancel. DO NOT USE THIS SITE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

I'm here to complain about the unsystematic service and ask for refund!!
On 31st March 2020,I made a payment for three passengers to travel from Dublin,ireland to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia by Qatar airways . But I didn't get any confirmation. So, I phone Qatar airways, to ask, they said didn't have our records. So, I sent an email to you guys and ask why. But what I received from you guys were the system reply
So, I'm here to ask for the refund which the total is €1706.97

"TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!"
I am so disgusted like so many others who have left reviews. I booked a flight for my family and I to the Philippines in which we were to fly March 10-30,2020. BUT because of the start of COVID-19 beginning we called and cancelled our flight on Feb19,2020. I spoke to "Mark" at 3:05pm and was told it was an additional cost $400 to cancel but was told I would receive refund in 5 working days. It is now April 3,2020 and still nothing. I sent an email end of Feb, again March 16, then on March 20/20 and another 4/2/20. I have tried UNSUCCESSFULLY to get through on the phone. There is no one manning the phones. Vayama works with Travix Travel USA,Inc and they are just as useless. Every phone # I've tried says call failed or not in service. I cannot understand how they can even stay in business with such horrible management. My suggestion is NOT USE THEM!!!

I am still waiting for a refund from January. Xiamen Airlines has sent the refund to them and they refuse to release it to my card. Do not use this site it is a scam and I am looking into legal counsel for reparations from Travix (owner).

"Late refund"
I requested a refund (using the airline's refund code) weeks before the flight, but still haven't received it weeks after the flight. The website message said to call (because it was within two weeks of the flight), but the phone message says to email. No response to emails yet.

Beyond poor customer service, unethical business practices. Could not communicate with Vayama via phone, email or website. I will never use this travel agency service again.
