"What a trash company!!!!!"
I wish I could give them negative stars. I bought a plus ticket which includes luggage and they gave me a basic ticket that does not include luggage. They refuse to acknowledge their error and on top of the extra money I paid they want me to pay the airline an extra $90 to bring luggage. Total scam, they are literally stealing peoples money.

I've had nothing but problems since I booked my ticket, even before COVID. There were ticket changes and flight changes and I had to spend countless hours on the phone with multiple agents to get them fixed. Now that I'm forced to cancel my trip to Japan due to COVID they are providing me no support and no refund. Spend the extra money anywhere else.

"THE WORST EVER!!!!!"
So I left a review recently but here is the updated one!! I am too upset I don’t even know where to start.
FIRST of all, this was not just a ticket for one person. It was X3!!!! ($1800!!!!)
SECOND of all, I finally got hold of a person on the phone and I canceled my trip in January.
The agent who helped me over the phone verbally told me that I will receive a payment overview in 5 business days and I will get a refund for my trip.
GUESS WHAT?! It has been 2 MONTHS!!!
I have not heard a word from them!!! I didn’t even receive any email regarding payment overview... no refund either.
When I email them... no response. When I call, they hang up!
Can this even be legal????
I will contact my lawyer tomorrow.. this is out of my hands now. HORRIBLE COMPANY!
TRUST ME PEOPLE! If you buy tickets from here this is what you would have to go through....

I don' recommend this agency to anyone. This is my first review in my life, i'm so angry that i don't know what to say. Booked 660 USD flight, tried to cancel it few minutes after and after couple days they say that they will cancel my flight but i will not get any refound!!!

"Я уже неделю не могу дозвониться до…"
Я уже неделю не могу дозвониться до этой компании, понимаю карантин и тд. Но у меня был обратный билет из Бишкека в Нью-Йорк остались 4 дня до моего полёта, надо передвинуть дату, так как сейчас все рейсы закрыты из-за пандемии. Позвонил я в Turkish, там сказали, что компания Vayama, через которую я покупал билеты - отменили мой билет. Теперь я не могу дозвониться с vayama чтобы обговорить дальнейшие действия((((

I wish I can give NO star. They are terrible. I will never use them.
Our original flight was on 3/30. First we received an email from them saying they would cancel/ refund any flights if your flight gets canceled due to the coronavirus. The airline company canceled the flight, so we went online to check on our refund status but then we found out that Vayama decided to move our flight to the next day without any notifications. No email or anything.
Now we are trying to cancel our flight but no answer. On their website, they said they are working so hard and focusing on customers with the most urgent departure dates. Hello? Our flights are supposed to leave in less than 24 hours.
Never ever use them again and probably never use any third party ticket companies again.

As some of you said here, I also had no luck to contact Vayama to cancel my ticket. I ended up filing a dispute with the credit card.

In the beginning everything was fine, but when the coronavirus pandemic began, this agency showed itself from the most terrible side. Vayama is a very irresponsible company and they don’t care about customers. I call and write to them and give a request for a changing our flights for two weeks now, but they do not respond and do not want to help. In no case do not buy tickets through this agency. They are scammers.

"Vayama misusing credit card CAREFUL people"
Vayama is cheating people, they misuse my credit card details. Airlines cancelled my ticket on 19th March, but today Vayama charged amount for cancelled booking. So please careful with Vayam, they are misusing the credit card.

If there's a zero star i will give vayama a zero star. They left their customers in the dark in time of this Covid-19. Never will i use them again. No customer service at all.
